Terrible app
Im not moving it says im moving, it kicks me out my mission sometimes when I have to reset the app. Please fix it
Motion detection
It is annoying trying to ingate / outgate and motion detected stay activated not letting perform ingate / outgste prperly

They need to throw this whole app away every other railyard is way more simple and faster while this one has not let me ingate for about a yr and a half and I.T still can’t figure it out
Getting Old
If anyone at CSX reads this, the motion detection thing is too good. Loves to say I’m in motion when I’m not. Have to close the app out and resign in to get it to refresh. Oh and while I’m trying to sign in, I get the circle of death on every page of the app. Again, have to close out and resign in. Why? Why does it just circle forever? I waste an hour total throughout my work day waiting for your app to load on every trip. Ridiculous in 2026. We shouldn’t be getting updates once a year either…

False motion detection
There is potential for the app to be really great, but it detects motion when I'm at a complete stop, so I'm always logging out and logging back in to get it to stop. This removes all my information and gives me a QR code for the out gate.
