Getting Old
If anyone at CSX reads this, the motion detection thing is too good. Loves to say I’m in motion when I’m not. Have to close the app out and resign in to get it to refresh. Oh and while I’m trying to sign in, I get the circle of death on every page of the app. Again, have to close out and resign in. Why? Why does it just circle forever? I waste an hour total throughout my work day waiting for your app to load on every trip. Ridiculous in 2026. We shouldn’t be getting updates once a year either…

False motion detection
There is potential for the app to be really great, but it detects motion when I'm at a complete stop, so I'm always logging out and logging back in to get it to stop. This removes all my information and gives me a QR code for the out gate.
Not the worst. Needs improvement
Biggest impact is the motion detection. Great at telling when the vehicle is moving, really bad at telling when it’s not moving. I have to close out of the app and re log in every single time I want to use it when I stop moving. App works fine when it works. It’s a little slow for the modern era but over all fine.
