Need an Update!!!
Need to fix the FMCSA glitch !! Inspection date only up to 2020 , no 2022 option to choose. Because of that, App doesn’t let you go thru with the ingate so you end up having to ingate manually.

Outdated application
The application takes time to open and once it does open it freezes up. Leaving me to restart application or airplane mode my phone. Can you guys please update application for a smoother process of in gating and out gating out of rail yards. Thanks
Banner doesn’t go away
When completing a drop at the terminal the banner that reads ‘drop off completed’ stays on the screen. If I have a pick up, I can’t use the app because the banners stay on the screen and you can’t fill in the pick up info. So you have to go to the out gate and manually input everything. You can fix it by uninstalling and installing the app. That works for maybe a day and you have to uninstall and install again. When the app works, it’s great.

The worst up ever...keep failing
This app keep failing...keep frozen...Really bad doing business with this crappy app
Wants me to bt in and lot location update for Kansas City
If I bring a load in, the app wants me to complete a bobtail in to pu a ld or an mty container. Which means I would have to leave the facility, and re-enter. I have to close the app, log back in, and restart it. This is a newer issue.
The newly added lot in KCMO, was formerly known as the TCS lot. Now it is called the “A” lot. When you need to drop your lot at a different location than where you were directed to it does not have the option to change it to the “A” lot. It lists the other lots here in Kansas City, but needs to be updated.

I LOVE THIS NEW APP BUT!!!!!!
I have been using this app about 4-5yrs now and I must admit that I am happy about it until lately when the new GUI was introduced. It started right before I upgraded my iPhone to 11th, and problem persist even after upgrading.
It takes me to the old GUI front page mostly when I open the app. Once in a while the new GUI will pop up but for the most part I am not able to logon using the old gui system when I does happen. This has created login issues and actually creating problems when I get to the rail booths especially E-rail where they have to log me in manually during busy periods.
I need help.

This app is unstable, I’m having to close app and relog in multiple times, also I’m having to tap the password area three or four times before it can let me type my password
What happened?
This used to be great until recently. I can enter all fields then hit submit. Get message WORK COMPLETED SUCCESSFULLY (or similar wording) but it doesn’t show the code. Junk now.

I can’t even outgate my box out of NS I put all info in and when I hit ok to outgate nothing happens, it use to work fine but not anymore
Why make a app that your company doesn’t use
I feel so bad for the team who made this app....Chicago rail yards (NS 47th &63rd)never update where the container is parked. So all your hard work goes go waste and makes the app useless.....the APP itself is great but why have It if it’s useless.....
Worked better on older device
Recently upgraded to iPhone 11 Pro Max and app freezes all the time. I need to uninstall and reinstall to work temporarily. Please upgrade.
