WITH OUT A DOUBT the worst website I ever seen. I’ve seen Highscholler make a better functioning app and website than these lazy POS and they charge people to use there’s HA!. Don’t waste ur time with this POS app
Stay Away From This Card/Bank!
I’ve been a cardholder for the $108/yr membership since 2021. The credit reporting & rewards program made this an attractive offer - worth the fee. Since 2021, I have watched a steady decline in every aspect of their services & rewards. First, the took away your ability to get various retail store gift cards with your rewards points. Then, the quality of products available for point redemption went downhill steadily over the span of a couple years. Then, most of the products left that were half way decent went into a perpetual “sold-out” status. Then, as if it couldn’t get any worse, they reduced the # of points per dollar spent; making rewards products cost way more than what they are worth. Now, I’ve been trying to redeem my $140 worth of points for a product & get nothing but error msgs for 9 days now. They say they’re “working on it” and no eta on when I can redeem my hard earned points for one of their low-quality, overpriced items. In addition, the cust svc communication is exclusively through their IM feature. Early on, you could get a rep to respond within first 2hrs. Now, it takes 1-2 days, and sometimes no response at all. I will not be renewing my membership, and advise anyone new or thinking about joining to steer clear. What I have experienced is the old bait & switch technique, where they get you to join then change the offer to your detriment.

They make it very hard to cancel
This company has been charging me for like 5 years. They never sent me a card and wouldn’t let me access my account. I finally do and they want to send me a new card??? No you need to pay back the hundreds of dollars you’ve taken while providing no service to me.
Don’t recommend.
For starters, you have to pay a $25 membership fee. My limit started off at $100, there is a competitor who gave me a limit based on my bank balance, and didn’t cap me at a certain rate. On top of that, even though they took my money, apparently my virtual card isn’t working, and for a week now I’ve been fighting with customer service to get it resolved, and nothing has been fixed nor am I receiving any updates, I guarantee when the card comes in (if it ever does) it also won’t work. I don’t think it’s ever going to be fixed. By far the worst experience and customer service I have ever received and they have don’t nothing but take my money, and leave me to rot with $75 spending power. There is zero point to build credit on this platform. Stay far away from this app.

Worst CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER
Their whole program is a joke. They don’t help you build credit and their customers service is horrendous. My credit actually dropped since using this. Your spending power doesn’t update correctly unless you talk to a lazy ai chat to refresh your spending power and they take their payment out when ever they want to. It’s great for limiting your spending from your debt card however the problem is the app and the company doesn’t care as long as they’re getting money from you.

Never agreed to a paid account and they started randomly ACH transferring money out of my bank. Don’t let them scam you.

They were 100% no help. Continued to take money even though I was trying to cancel account. For over a year they refused to close my account.. Scam. should be banned from apps store

I literally never leave reviews on any platform whether something was HORRIBLE or Amazing. But I just wanna leave a review on here about Extra Because it literally came through for me big time. Although you gotta learn how to use it and as you’re using your own money pretty much in literally less than 3 months my credit score shot up 90 POINTS just by extra. I couldn’t believe it myself my credit score was horrible, embarrassing, and extra was the start on building it back up! Might not be for everyone but if you do it right it’ll work out just fine!

I’m writing to share my experience with this service. I started using it after 3 or 6 months, hoping it would improve my credit score. However, it didn’t make any significant changes and my credit remained stable. The customer service was also very poor, with slow and unclear communication.
I decided to cancel my subscription, but I couldn’t do so directly through the app. I had to email the team to cancel, which was a hassle.
When I requested to cancel, I received a very slow response. I thought my subscription had been canceled after 3 years, but it was still active. I was shocked and felt like I had been scammed.
Initially, the subscription cost $8 per month, but it was later raised to $20 per month. I felt like this was a waste of my money.
I’m wondering why they didn’t include a cancel subscription option in the app. It would have been much easier for me to cancel if it had been available.

Customer service
The card does what it says it’s going to do, build credit. The only downside is when it comes down to customer service. Can’t cancel through the app, you have to contact them. And the number they have is automated so you don’t really get to talk with anyone.
Poor customer service and policies
They are unwilling to assist with the most basic issues and once you close your account you can never open another down the line which they fail to mention.
