Petty Email Advertisement/Bad Marketing Strategy
I’m giving one star because of the tone of the promotional email that was sent out. I did not find it amusing, and it came across as dismissive rather than helpful. I have no interest in building credit with a company that does not appear to genuinely support its customers. Life is not always sunshine and rainbows, and many people are facing real financial difficulties. Referring to your subscribers or customers as “anyone” in that context felt impersonal and disrespectful. That email alone was enough to make me reconsider my involvement with your business.

Rewards Store/Extra decline
After Extra was acquired by Orchard, a real estate technology company, the rewards program sucks and fees rose.

I had zero credit the 3 lines and someone told me about this app and it got my credit to 747 just by using it for everyday purchases like I was doing with my debit card if I could give 10 stars I would
Ditched me
Went through financial hardship and got ditched quick. Go elsewhere, everybody else at least lets you keep an account so you can login. Pretty silly to deactivate account an basically lock you out your own account.
Love this app
My friend suggested the app to improve my credit which it has but I also like how it buys me a few days to pay things and how I earn points which get me cool stuff for free.
