Issues within internal structure
Nothing works
I create my first account and I have family members etc. I want simple points for when I put diesel or gas in my vehicle. Says I have 0 but my receipts say different and most recently balance 165 points why showing 0.

Doesn’t work- gas pump
Typing in the pump number returns with an error message that it’s not valid every single time I’ve tried to use it. Have not successfully been able to use this app to fill gas.
App does not accept any pump
After last update app Kees telling pump not available and then tells me to try again in 24 hours after two failed attempts
Does not work. Support sucks
If I can leave, no stars, I would. It does not make up with my Exxon Mobil. Credit card support does not help me will not use anymore.

Lost Access
It’s awful to lock users out of the account. Email verification is not an option to login. I don’t understand the purpose of requiring an email if it isn’t used to help customers.
After my cell number changed, I can no longer access my account and there is no way to update the information via email, etc. I used my VOIP number to help prevent issues like this; that was until the Exxon development team decided VOIP numbers were no longer allowed.
Since this has happened my friends have chosen to delete their Exxon app out of fear of facing the same issue.

Asking for a code
Tried to reedem my rewards at the pump, it ask for a code to reedem. Theres no mention of nay code or instructions to reedem rewards. Makes it useless to reedem rewards.
Too expensive
I didn’t even get any of the deals for the $.20 off per gallon or the five dollars off the first fill up
Don’t work
The app doesn’t work. It’s best to register inside the store and add up points inside cause you can never log into the app. There’s always a system failure. Please don’t waste your time. I’ve had this app for over 10 yrs and everyday I have to resign in which I’m never able to sign in. The points add up quickly but not through this app. #delete

I've tried enrolling three times and keep getting an error message. Just trying to get cash back on buying gas. 3% isn't worth the hassle.

App sign in sucks
The app logged me out and when I try to sign in it sends me the code literally days later and the code is invalid by then. So I basically can’t sign in to use my rewards.
