Reward app is horrible
So many issues, so many problems. First 2-3 weeks I couldn’t log in, receive verification or access the account. It began to work randomly a few days ago. Today, I tried to get reward points from fuel, and the same thing. It didn’t let me log in. I had to reset my password. I don’t have time to wait for a response, I assume you could simply upload a receipt. I guess not. I also see that a phone number is not how you log into the pump. So.., if I don’t buy the gas through the app it won’t give rewards? The cards that offer cashback has to be used at the pump and if I have to choose between cashback and rewards… cashback will win every time. Doesn’t appear as Exxon cares a lot about this or is so far behind today’s technology that they are just irrelevant and not interested in trying to keep up with the market. Either way, telephone number is all that should be needed, a dedicated location for receipt to be uploaded if gps, app, or other problems occur. I am a courier by day, gig worker by night. I purchase about 5-7 tanks of gas per week. I’m not going to spend excessive money, and I’m not going anywhere that doesn’t offer rewards or cashback. Many of us out here. Catch up Exxon

Convenient
Super cool having the app you can just pay on the app choose the pump and the pump fires up. Plus, you earned points.
Adding payment
The app sucks for adding a payment method. Twenty minutes later and I had to still change to a different payment method. lucky for me that there was no customer waiting to use the pump.
Easy use
Extremely easy to use I literally start my pump while sitting in my car. I don’t even have to bring my wallet with me anymore.
No discount
No discount at the pump. Back to Shell I go. Same fuel economy.

App not working on iPhone
App does not work with my iPhone.
App doesn’t work
I have an account but every time I go to use it it tells me that it’s not working. So I’ve tried to create a new account and now it goes through all the motions but then it tells me that there’s an error creating an account. I’d give it one star, but it does have a QR code that should make it easier to create an account.

The buggiest app on my phone. Uncanny timing logs you out just as you pull up to the pump, often lags horribly when you can connect, and sometimes then just loses connection to the server. I’m dumbfounded.
Very glitchy
Very glitchy and frequently just doesn’t work. Frequently will get an alert saying that I’ve used it too many times in one day when it’s literally the first time I’ve opened the app the entire day. Very frustrating. What’s the point of rewards if you can’t get them. Not going to stay loyal if it doesn’t start working regularly.

I’m limited to 3 fill ups a day I have 6 cars i literally have to wait 24hrs from the time I last got a fill up to get more gas this is crazy. Should be unlimited for people who use more than 100 gallons a month

Good app but
Good app for earning points and issuing em to knock your bill down is great but one thing that bugs me is it does not tell you the price for fuel the other apps do why can’t this one bums me out

Quality Gas
I trust Exxon gas. It is only gas i’ve pumped in all my vehicles for 20 years and never had any problems with any vehicle and they reach 200 k miles and then some.
