They programmed the app in such way that you automatically get singed out every once in a while, which increases the chances that you give up remembering your password and create a new account and lose all your point from the previous one. Not a good business model

Used to be good
This used to be a good app. I find more frequently now that the app won’t work in conjunction with the station I’m fueling At. It’s now very inconsistent.
Too complicated
Anytime I tried to claim points accumulated. It asked for a code at the pump. Waited for quite a while to get these codes, but never get them.
Impossible to Redeem points at Pump
App is always sending messages to redeem points or dollars at pump but so far it has been impossible to do so. Store employees are no help as they don’t know how the Exxon app works.
