App requests update upon download

Terrible
There are so many bugs in this app. Also UIs are not user friendly. It was showing there are updates in appstore and even after I downloaded the latest version, still “updates available” dialog box keep appearing without allowing me to log in.

App no longer works
This was a great app until recently. It worked well and was easy to use. Now it just keeps saying to update to the new version. There is no update and it will not longer recognize my user name and password. This makes me worry that the app has been compromised.

The app has been in a vicious cycle of looping between the update and actually opening and using the app. This has been going on for WEEKS! No explanation and no information as to when it will be fixed! I am able to get into my account on the internet but it takes considerably longer. Very disappointing!

App no longer works
Every time I open the app it tells me I need to update to a new version. When I click to do that & go to the App Store there is no new version. I messaged the company to let them know, but that was at least a couple of weeks ago & while they said they were investigating nothing has changed & I haven’t heard back again. The app was helpful when it did work but now it’s just a waste of space. The app doesn’t work in my phone or my iPad.

Not Usable
As of writing this, app constantly asks for an update that does not exist and prevents logging in.
Completely useless
App says need to update and sends me to App Store. App Store shows no update. Removed app. Added back from App Store. Same result. Totally worthless.

Like other reviews, the app can’t be used. Up until a month or two ago, this was handy. Now the initial splash screen when opening says there is a new app, and links back to App Store. But the App Store doesn’t have an update, so you’re stuck in a loop and can’t access your data.

Can’t Use Unfortunately
Every time I try log into the app it tells me that there’s an update that I must complete before I can access the app, however every time I click to update it I get brought to the Apple Store where there is no update to be found for the app.

Easily connects to my web profile
I really appreciate how this app makes me think about on the spot purchases. Also a great way to communicate with my planner.
App not user friendly
When dealing with your financial information, one expects an app to be void of glitches and involuntary actions that cause trust issues, especially in a scam and hacker prone world. Unfortunately this app lacks basic functions like a back button, user friendly menu and it randomly logs you out. Also when linking your private bank accounts, the information is not displayed immediately (still waiting) which causes concern about PII safety. Hopefully the browser will be better as another reviewer suggested, otherwise I will have to delete my account altogether.

Horrible App
I use the internet website for retirement planning and I like it. This app, however, has terrible navigation issues. Somehow I found the retirement planning tool once, but have not been able to find it again. And there is not back button when you navigate to a different area of the app. You can only close it which does not take you back to where you previously were. It defaults to a dashboard which shows nothing for me. I would not recommend this app. Use the website instead.
