Doesn’t sign in
My iPhone is up-to-date and the app is up-to-date but after signing in it does text message auth and then doesn’t load anything. Tried multiple times still blank white screen all time
Horrible UI and UX
This app doesn’t deserve its rating. WebView windows slapped on top of each other left and right, balance is always behind real time, clunky interface, sporadic login issues

So easy to use to view account information and to upload receipts!
Can’t save payee information
I am adding payer information to send a payment and it won’t save. Additionally, no payer information is saved from previous actions.
Nightmare
Trying to open account since 5 months and not able to, customer support is a mess here and they are not able to direct you with what kind of document is required or the application do not have option to view what is pending and with whom or the current status!!! let’s see how many more months they need to open my account and contributions towards HSA since April is missing and now need to track those transactions once the account gets opened. Not sure how the employers tie up with this institution when they leave employees unrest.
