Can’t save payee information
I am adding payer information to send a payment and it won’t save. Additionally, no payer information is saved from previous actions.
Nightmare
Trying to open account since 5 months and not able to, customer support is a mess here and they are not able to direct you with what kind of document is required or the application do not have option to view what is pending and with whom or the current status!!! let’s see how many more months they need to open my account and contributions towards HSA since April is missing and now need to track those transactions once the account gets opened. Not sure how the employers tie up with this institution when they leave employees unrest.

This is one of the worst apps I’ve ever used with horrible customer service. It’s never worked from the start and nobody at customer service can help. They asked the same question 10 times in a row and I keep continuing to answer and it’s so frustrating that I’m gonna move away from this company and I would recommend never using this app.

Unhelpful Customer Support
I have had 2 Transit products on my account for multiple years.
However the customer support person kept insisting that I do not, and I could not, for the life of me, make him agree that I do.
