Terrible app does not work well
There’s no way to upload documentation after you pay by credit card who thought this up what genius made this design
Claim number doesn’t help to identify rejected
You need to update system to show the paperwork provided that was rejected
It used to be good
I use to file claims all the time via the app. Whatever changed with the update is terrible. I now get all the way through the claim process and it tells me “something went wrong”- but doesn’t tell me what. This isn’t just a onetime thing, either- it’s every time now.
Inspira Mobile
I cannot add more than one file when submitting a DCFSA claim and it won’t allow me to attach additional documents to an existing claim through the mobile app, which renders it useless.
Stealing money
I cashed the Tommy residual money I had out from work months ago and they instead held the payment and continue to withdraw fake account fees for something I haven’t touched in months. Give me my original cash out and stop stealing you thieves.
