Actual Downgrade
I love the interface of the “upgraded” app, but its functionality is poor. My reimbursement account is labeled as a savings account in the app, but it’s a checking account (which is labeled correctly on the website). I’ve submitted claims with documentation and then the documentation somehow magically disappears, which delays getting the claim processed and therefore significantly delays reimbursement.

App Broke After Last Update
With the last major 7/1/26 update, I’m no longer able to submit claims using iOS, Android or Linux. Reached out to customer care and no help.

New App is far superior
The login improvements are excellent. The app is easy to use and allows me to do the actions that I rely on. Great update to the app. This is a job well done.
Latest update broke app
Can’t log in anymore. Same login working on website, but app is unusable
Edit: update apparently enforced a password requirement that wasn’t in place when I created my account (which may be from pre-acquisition of payflex). If you’re running into a problem where you can log in on the website but not the app, reset your password and follow the criteria. New app works okay and makes scanning docs a bit easier.
