Does not work on iPad 11th gen iOS 26.6 and Inspira doesn’t care. Hasn’t worked for many months.
Customer support said there is no app support and there is no IT department. How inspiring. After entering SMS code which flashes the keypad with every digit, after putting in credentials, message received is “We couldn’t complete your request Something went wrong. Please try again.” Can log in on iPhone with same iOS version or browser anywhere. App version is 26.01.05.

Upload no load
80% of the time the documents don’t load. When they ask for additional information there is no place to add it the claim. You then have to call to email the document. The app has much to be desired.

Garbage App from a Garbage Company
Useless piece of junk. Won’t let me log in, even though the same login info works in their website. Not that it matters much because they keep rejecting my charges, forcing me to upload more receipts, rejecting again, more uploads.
I have been a user and fan of FSAs for decades. Brilliant idea. Recommend them to everyone. Why give away free money? But during our open enrollment next month I am going to pass. The money I saved this year was not worth the enamel I ground off my teeth in fury at dealing with this pack of buffoons.

Recent updates of app breaks it
Last 2 weeks ago since 26.6.1 when at app launch says something went wrong, but still allows a login prompt, but then fails on submit, deleted and downloaded again…same thing, running 26.6.2
Horrible update
Does not let you do anything on the app. It is horrible.
App is Great; login broke with recent update.
The app is great! I haven’t had any issues up until the most recent update. The login mechanism seems to have broken. I cannot access it at all anymore via the app.
Useless now
This latest update made it impossible for me to log in to my benefits account. Have to use the actual website now since the app is useless.
insipid, non-functioning
Inspira’s insipid app has long been low on functionability, but now it doesn’t function at all. Can’t recognize a correct log in.

Latest update doesn’t let me log in - reverting to using the website. Stuck using Inspira because of workplace FSA - this app is the worst.

App is not usable. Can’t trust my money with a company with an app this bad.
Horrible Company and app
What app? First four (4) you were required to sign in on their website. Now app is up but very limited files you can upload for documentation. Would not recommend it unless you are forced to due to your company choosing this company over a reputable company. I could go on but I am trying to keep it short lol. Do not use and can not recommend.

App doesn’t work
Hasn’t worked for weeks even after update. Just an error message. Complete garbage. Months later and it still doesn’t work. The whole app team needs to be fired. Worst app experience I’ve ever had and that’s saying a lot. It’s August 2026 and this piece of garbage app still doesn’t work.

I downloaded app to pay my cobra insurance and every time I try to pay it it says that I must be a bot or something because I’m going too fast and won’t actually take the payment. I end up having to call and make the payment over the phone.

Tried to create an account. All it did after entering all my info several times. Was show a white page half full of computer code

I don’t know what they changed, but I cannot login anymore. The exact same login information works on the website.
