Worst app ever
Not sure how this app takes 4.2 at the time of my review? I had to leave this stupid app in order to express my frustration, first every time you go the dashboard it leads and updates the data, why? This makes the app very very slow. Second, you cannot transfer money between cash and investment, this is a killer, why this is not allowed? I understand maybe during weekend but weekday while the marked is running, why this cannot happen, I don’t understand the rational.
Lastly, which is again not related to the app only, when I increased the cash limit, it’s been more than two business days and no money moved.

Denied claims
Claims get denied too often for what is labeled. For instance what falls under the category of a Spa is any spa yet if you put a beauty spa / med spa or just med spa where they do beauty treatments as well just as in any spa they deny the claim. So they need to make it more detailed and allow for more categories. The provided categories are not enough. The employees deny too often for items that are under the umbrella of the categories. It’s extremely frustrating and I have to stress to try to figure out what can fit. It’s not easy and it’s not helpful. Too restrictive.
