Continues to redirect to onboarding

The app and website keeps redirecting me to the onboarding screens. Whenever I try to navigate to my account it will redirect to these screens and acts like I have not made contribution and investment choices.

No mobile deposit?

Website and app claim I can picture deposit my rollover check. Nowhere in the app to be found. Called customer service and it is a “known issue” but only happens on rare occasion! That did not inspire any confidence here.
