Reimburse myself… crash… repeat…
Select reimburse myself and most of the time, the app crashes. Please fix the defect.

I like having this app on my phone to check my balance. Something has changed where I put receipts into the receipt organizer and when I attach them to a reimbursement, they are unable to be opened and I get a message that their password protected. They are not. The app also doesn’t upload from the files on my phone. So I figured out the only way to attach something to an expense on my phone is to take a screenshot of it.

HORRID after update
The update that auto-scans receipts has unfortunately destroyed the option to submit claims or documentation. I will be mailing my request to Wex via snail mail because the IT people ruined what was once a seamless experience. GARBAGE.

App just logs out every time I hit Reimburse Myself. It’s useless.
This is a terrible company.
This company gives you a card that never works when you need it. They have a scanner in the app that shows you what’s eligible for purchases while in CVS/Walgreens/Walmart and other stores with pharmacies, but when you go to checkout the card will not work and you will need to reimburse every single thing. Then, when you file a claim, eligible products will even be denied. This is a horrible company. Please use an alternative where possible. Also, to any organizations that think of partnering with Wex, please consider going in a different direction as you will save your employees headaches. I’ve had multiple conversations with their support staff and management trying to make sense of it and the bottom line they want you to use your own money and hope you don’t keep up with receipts, so they don’t have to pay. They also deny eligible claims until you attach their own eligible screenshots with it. Insane

An unsurmountable barrier to get your FSA back. It says Receipt Pending when they mean that they haven’t looked at the reimbursement request, not that you need to upload receipts. Then take a week to deny, with a poorly and vague reason for denial. I guess it works for them as they keep your money to generate them interest.

Easy to use for Life Style Account.
The WEX LSA reimburses me for my roller skating hobby. It’s been a lot of fun! The app is easy to use with tons of options to get paid for something you already do.
Good for easy reimbursements
App is good for making easy reimbursement requests from your accounts. The functionality is limited so you’ll need to do the majority of setup through the full online portal first before the app can be used effectively.
Worst FSA/HSA
These guys totally are useless! Poor customer service, difficult to deal with, usually turn down valid receipts. Ive had an FSA or HSA for 30 years. Only Wex has made it so difficult. Unfortunately my employer wont let me opt out. If given a choice look elsewhere! If zero stars were possible Id go there. I cant say enough bad things about them!

Very difficult to get receipts accepted
It is challenging to get receipts accepted from the dentist since it is always multiple days worth.
Cannot Read Information
I am 70 years old and cannot read any of the print on the dang pages. Give us a website instead of this tiny stuff. I am trying real hard to keep this review family friendly! This app is a useless piece of ______. I left it blank so you could fill it in. Please understand the needs of the people who may have to use the app.

Takes forever to mail your reimbursement back you put your debit card account on there and they still mail the check out takes 15 days. This is no good.
