About

EyePause opens on a session, not a catalog. When your eyes are tired, you don't want to choose: the app offers three exercises and one button to start. Five minutes and you're done. TODAY'S SESSION A short sequence with on-screen guidance, an optional voice, and a vibration at each change. You rate your comfort before and after — that's all you're asked to enter. REMINDERS THAT ADAPT Two a day at most, spread across the day, never at night. The daily reminder follows the time you actually practice, not a time picked for you. And they clear as soon as you open the app — no pile of notifications. If you let them pass several days in a row, EyePause turns them off on its own and tells you. A reminder you ignore is useless. THE CAMERA, IF YOU WANT Some exercises use the front camera to check your position: the right distance, a steady head, your gaze in the right place. No image is recorded or sent. Analysis happens frame by frame in your iPhone's memory, and each frame is discarded right away. The app reads distances and angles, not your face. The camera is optional: the other exercises work without it. FREE, FOREVER Three exercises — 20-20-20, slow tracking and blinking — plus reminders, voice and vibrations. These three are enough for a real session. Nothing switches off after a few days. EYEPAUSE PRO A one-time purchase unlocks the five other exercises, your full history and the camera exercises. No subscription, nothing renews, nothing to cancel. WHAT EYEPAUSE DOESN'T DO No account, no sign-up, no email address. No ads, no trackers, no analytics. Your sessions stay on your iPhone and never go to a server. ONE THING WE HAVE TO SAY EyePause is a visual comfort app. It does not correct eyesight, does not treat any condition and does not replace an exam by an eye doctor or orthoptist. What it measures is your performance in the app — never your vision. Stop an exercise if you feel pain, a headache, dizziness or blurred vision. Don't use the app while driving or walking.
