About

Set it up once. Let EyeProtector handle the reminders. Turn on break reminders, and EyeProtector will monitor your screen time across apps and websites in the background. No daily setup or timer to start. Reminders that fit your routine After about 20 minutes of continuous screen use, EyeProtector reminds you to take a break. You can also set gentle reminders for the hours and frequency that work for you. A small pause. A simple habit. Follow the 20–20–20 rule: about every 20 minutes, look at something roughly 20 feet (6 meters) away for 20 seconds. A little help with family screen breaks With Child Mode, a parent can shield apps and websites after 20 minutes of use, choose exceptions, and protect settings with a passcode. To unlock them, your child completes a 20-second break with the iPhone face down. Your data stays yours EyeProtector doesn’t collect or send your Screen Time activity to its servers. When you use EyeProtector for Mac, iCloud syncs reminder timing to help coordinate alerts between devices; your Screen Time activity stays on your iPhone. Eye breaks on your Mac, too Use EyeProtector on your Mac as well as your iPhone. The apps coordinate reminder timing to help prevent reminders from arriving too close together.
