Keeps crashing
Every time I start a visual acuity test, the app crashes at different places along the way. Can not successfully get through a test without app crashing. Using an iPhone 12 pro with latest iOS. Help?
Crashes constantly
This app crashes immediately after opening. I tried turning the phone off and on again, deleting and re-installing, and it fails every time. If the app fails, the Insight monitor is a useless piece of plastic.
Misleading
Reviews written by friends or family. You need to buy their specialized hardware and have a paid subscription for this to work. Nothing in the description says that. Just hoping I’m not automatically billed even though I didn’t subscribe.

Hello! We do apologize about the description, but it does require the hardware in order to work. The hardware will help simulate you looking at the Snellen chart from 20 ft. away. There are no membership costs for the Insight, so you will never be charged for using the EyeQue services.
Learned so much
Enjoyed doing the tests and learned so much about my vision! Excited to test it again in a few months!
