Terrible! Terrible decision on giving this company the contract for monitoring transportation for PWCS
Worse than no app
App goes down during key times. Often doesn't show the bus or shows two buses with the same number. No support and always blame your phone or the version of the app.
Terrible
My county switched to this app and it is absolutely terrible. The bus isn’t on the tracker half the time, it has reset and booted my kid out, it can lag. I dislike it heavily.
Tracker radius option
Please make the bus tracker radius option smaller than .3 miles. I get 4 notifications because the radius is too big.
Route alert
Can we please be able to free draw our route alert inside of the circle??
App does not work!
I live in prince william county and the app hasn’t worked 1 day of the school year, worst app ever ! I wished the county wouldn’t have have switched apps Not good made by amateurs wish I could give it zero stars.
Simple and useful
Nice to be able to see where my son’s bus is. Works the way I expected. Looking forward to see what updates come.
Recent Improvements
This app had a rough start to the school year for my district, and honestly it was touch and go for a bit. The recent updates that have been released have made some really positive impacts. I don’t receive duplicate or random notifications anymore (thank god) and the bus tracking is more reliable. I would definitely advocate for giving the app a second chance if your school district has implemented it.

Completely useless
Whatever moron at the school district decided to use this to track buses, should do research first. This shows location with sometimes as much as 10 min delay. Completely useless for parents trying to track buses to pick up kids.
Inoperable
Not sure why any large school district would approve or pay for the use of this inoperable app.
Useless
There was absolutely no information about when the bus is coming. The map is confusing. I appears only to show where the bus picks up. And no information on bus departure for delayed arrival

Absolutely horrible
Aside from the fact that this app didn’t work AT ALL for this first month of the school year, it hasn’t improved much since then. Halfway through the year and it is still useless. The bus I am indicating the bus location is frequently missing. The bus stop location does not indicate if the bus has already been to the stop. Notifications are hit or miss.
This is a terrible app!!! Highly recommend against any school board choosing this app.

Pretty Functional
This app actually isn’t half bad. The night before the first day of school this year, so many people logged on that it crashed. Within a few weeks though, it was up and running again. I like the feature that allows you to adjust how far the bus is when the app alerts you. The only main problem is that I cannot find a way to manage settings in my account.

Terrible app
My county switched from one app to another. This app is horrible. It didn’t work for the first two months, people were missing their buses, people were getting on wrong buses, etc. I wish our county would switch back to the old app because this app is truly horrible. Around midnight, it randomly gives me notifications that my bus is in the radius. Sometimes, the app doesn’t even work! It doesn’t display my bus on the map.
