Terrible experience with app and program

Such a frustrating experience. Ever since my child’s school changed to this program for afterschool it’s been difficult to navigate. Unable to disable autopay and was charged for an incorrect amount and with the problems with the after school program itself, overall experience has been terrible. There needs to be significant improvement in both the program and app itself. Dissenting my child from this program.

Terrible App

I hate that my child care uses this app. I have to attempt 15+ of logging in, it logs me out within minutes. It’s very difficult to stay engaged and I don’t have time to constantly attempt to sign back in while I’m at work.
