Terrible App
I hate that my child care uses this app. I have to attempt 15+ of logging in, it logs me out within minutes. It’s very difficult to stay engaged and I don’t have time to constantly attempt to sign back in while I’m at work.

App doesn’t work on iPhone.
I downloaded the app. I entered the app and it asked to use location. I said yes and then I get a page not found error. Very poor execution for a critical application action
Horrible App
When I open it says page not found. When I close and reopen it says authenticating account and does nothing.
New update breaks login
Use this app to check out my daughter from school care. It logged me out on the update and I cannot log in to scan QR code to check daughter out of school program. I’ve tried phone and email. Gives me an error. Before this update it worked smoothly.
The newest update September 2025
Horrible update, I updated my app and it logged me out and every time I try to log in now it says error and won’t let me log in. I tried my account and my wife’s account and it won’t allow either of us to log in. My wife has not updated her app on her phone and it works fine still. Do not update this app if you wish to still use the app

App doesn’t work. It’s horrible.
App doesn’t work
The app isn’t even working not allowing access to vital information about our children.
Access to Unlock Door
The feature to unlock the door to the facility has so many problems. Most of us parents have issues with getting into the building either to drop off or pick up our children. We end up waiting outside until someone comes to the door, which makes me feel bad for the teachers since they already have a busy day.

Parent Experience is Poor
The older system allowed to do similar access between mobile and web. This system seriously limits the web application and helpful features. Namely, there is no way to access photos on the web version. Additionally, there is no longer emailed daily reports, or even the option of them. I’m very disappointed that our daycare transitioned to this.

Useless app
I can not anything in this app. I am not able to sign in, from there I cannot see my kids profiles I can’t pay a bill, I can’t see invoices, I cannot see my directors contact info to contact her, I can’t download tax information, I can’t see how much I have been charged. completely useless. Not sure why this app exists if it has zero functionality? I would give it zero stars if I could.

Ok but not great
Only been using a few days with our preschool. For one in the gallery once you click on an image It doesn’t allow you to scroll through each picture you have to X out of each picture and pull up another.
Also when checking in a child if the teach tablet doesn’t have a good connection to WiFi like I experienced this morning it will have a problem loading up the QR code for the parent to check in or out the student. I understand that it wants a real time connection for security purposes but this caused a delay. Fortunately after closing the program and reloading and waiting another few minutes it came up. But the only other solution was to manually check the student in. Which could lead to another accountability issues.

Honestly, the only real ask I have is that photos carry the metadata time over when saving to my phone. I choose to adjust them manually, but it’s definitely a pain.

The KT Connect app is supposed to keep parents updated on their child’s daycare experience, but it completely misses the mark on one of the most important features: check-in and check-out notifications. Instead of receiving an alert when my child is dropped off or picked up, I have to log in and navigate through several screens just to find that information. This makes the app frustrating and inconvenient to use, especially when quick updates should be a given. Until this feature is fixed, I can’t recommend it.

Doesn’t work, not reliable
Over complicating a non existent problem with an app that doesn’t work. Just prevents busy parents from being able to pick up their kids
For the most part good
For the most part the he app is lovely. My only comment would be notifications for activities that the child does. When they ate or used the restroom. I can login and check but no notifications. That is my only pet peeve and other apps I have used in the past did have this.
Dated
This app requires much more work. I cleared my child’s balance and it has yet to reflect as such.
Easy to use
This app is easy to use and its simple interface allows me to get the information I need during my kids’ day at school.
Terrible App
This app is useless. It is not user friendly, it does not send notifications even when button is on to allow notifications. (Setting notifications on phone are set to on). The app is difficult to follow and navigate. Overall I would not recommend, my daycare just switched to it and it was the biggest mistake! Worst app I have seen in a long time.
