Love this app
Easy, user friendly and straight forward with information. The messages also send just like texts so it’s really efficient in communicating with teachers.
PoorBilling, ExtraFees, & Over-cluttered Feeds
If I had the option of not using this app, I will! Billing requires 1 day at the minimum to authenticate a new ACH account addition. Clicking on the help button gives a black error message. There are fees even for direct deposit. The feed is extremely cluttered. Because it mixes operational announcements with child updates, every time I open the app I have to scroll through a mountain of admin updates until I see anything about my child, if there is even anything at all.

Change schools if you’re using this slop
Absolutely one of the worst apps ever created. Total slop. Trying to get your kids set up is terrible, and trying to schedule time is almost impossible. This app is completely useless. It has charged me multiple times for registration. They've lost money because they couldn't charge me. It's been absolutely awful. Stay far away from any school that uses this

Slow and buggy
The app is slow to load between sections for me. I’ve reached out to support and tried the standard troubleshooting steps but opening push notifications cause the app to stay stuck in a loading state and freeze up. There are several places in the UI where actions get blocked. For example if you add more than 9 photos to a chat it blocks the send action. I was really excited to try a new app but I wish our program had stayed on Brightwheel.
