EZ-ELD NOT CONE TING AND FRIM WARE WILL NOT DOWNLOAD ( 99.51 and stop)
EZELD does not download firmware for update goes to 99.51 and stop every person I spoke with that the easy LD hotline has no idea why there’s problems problems problems no one to fix it just keep charging us money. Need to get a different Electric logging company for ELD

Software updates needed
I stopped at10:51 PM Mountain standard time so my day should begin at 8:51 AM Mountain standard time. I utilize my whole 14 hour clock but it still shows I could’ve started at 7:30 A.m. Mountain standard time. Also when I get fuel my clock for fuel receipts is always on the current time zone that I am located at never on mountain standard time unless I’m in mountain standard time. I wish there was a way to have a dark mode so wouldn’t use so much of your battery on your device. I also wish you could do it in landscape or portrait mode. I’ve been using your device since December 2018 and have asked for these updates since January 2019 please help out.

This app is horrible. It needs updated.
Terrible product
No updates for the new rules. Records incorrect location for hundreds of miles back in your trip with out giving any warning that the satellite is disconnected. Manual enters locations don’t show up in law enforcement view but show on the log. Received a warning ticket because of this issue. App freezes. Must have internet to complete inspections. Horrible app. We switched now to Keep Truckin.

Doesn’t locate, won’t automatically record drive time events, pain in the butt to edit. Don’t waste your money

You pay a couple hundred bucks worth and pay the DOT a couple hundred bucks because it’s all wrong all the time I’ll tell you this is horrible they have to do something

Disconnects. Can’t certify
This app won’t let me certify logs on days that I have driven. Called customer service. They said delete and reinstall the app. That works, but I have to do it every day in order to certify and it takes 45 minutes for the app to find my previous logs. Unacceptable.
Also, the app logs me out while I’m driving and causes the eld to start beeping. I have to stop driving and log back in. This happens at least 3 times a day.
Please update.

Owner very disappointed
This device disconnects every traffic light and you have to login at almost every traffic light, it also get disconnected and lost from blethooth every 5-6 days and you have to spend hours with technical support

Wasted time
I’ve wasted too much time trying to figure out this eld. It never connects, constantly loses connection. Location is always off. Don’t waste your time or money

Frustrating
I sincerely hope that everyone involved with this atrocity will soon step on a Lego. Serious truck drivers will avoid this system like the plague.

EZ ELD is a contradiction in term
It randomly shuts off when logging in and verifying your certification for a previous day of driving or off duty days that you try to cert. frustrating to say the least you then have to delete the App re load and start all over then you loose the trucks you painstakingly loaded on blue tooth because it requires you to delete them from your Bluetooth line up recognition. This app is just poorly designed it’s NOT EZ it’s a money maker only for the designers and app holders
Follow the money trail they have no interest in solving such simple issues shame on them

I have had issues from the first day I started using the device. The support people are very nice. I would not recommend this product to any one.

No help at all
Been on the phone with them for 2 hours over the last 2 days. All they would say is try restarting this or that. When none of that worked he said someone else would call me back. This unit continually drops connectivity while driving. Says I am driving when I am sitting still. Not a good unit at all. Will be returning and getting a different unit.

Worst ELD on the market
Frustration is the definition of this ELD, it does not log correctly too many issues with the app & complicated to use, After investing time into this app and get familiar with it we have to cancel and return this product as its a headache & customer service is never available
Nothing Easy anbout EZ ELD
This is a very, very, very, frustrating app to use.
I’m already ready to throw out another few hundred $$ to try different products that are more user friendly, these companies are exploiting the law to make their $$ gain without at least giving a good product and creating loyal customers...
I’ve been on the phone this week with their polite support folks for an accumulative of about 10 hours. And still having glitches, with this app. Just now tried to edit in the location of when I picked up a load and it auto put me in on off duty and now I have no record of the exact time of when I was on duty. Because I was off duty for a while before and after the loading. There is no undo option and my frustration is at its peak. I need to go on my way and I am fumbling around with a device and app that deprives me of smooth sailing.
