Best app I’ve ever paid for period. Made life so much easier. UA IT says their app is evolutionary and efficient. If it weren’t so painful to use I’d laugh!

Indispensable Software!
This has been the best software! It is certainly worth the subscription! I am so disappointed that it will no longer be usable when United activates CCS+. I hope that CCS+ has the same functionality as EZCCS!!

As others have said, this app is indispensable! I can walk through the terminal, and with one hand, find all the information I need, including which gate to go to, and where to find the hotel shuttle at the end of the flight. Great job, please keep up the good work!
Charged for a renewed subscription
I haven’t used this app in years. It no longer works with our computer system at work. All of sudden I received a charge after cancelling my subscription years ago. Charged 10.88 unnecessarily on a credit card that is no longer used.

It may not be the most beautiful interface but It gets the job done. Most anything you would need to access in one location, the most convenient being the offline Jumpseat listing. No need to login to several websites to make that happen.
Best thing since sliced bread
Actually, this is better than sliced bread! This app takes the aggravation out of CCS, which really only works for people that sit at a desk. It is one thing to have an office job, but it is a completely different thing to be on the road, trying to use a mobile device to access CCS. Thank you oh mighty developer, for blessing us with this app. Long live Scott!

Amazing App
This app does so many things that are just so handy, door codes, jumpseat and the list goes on. Every year when I get my recurrent charge notice I say to myself “this is the best $10 I’ll spend all year.”
Must Have For UAL Pilots
Returned to work from 7 year Medical leave and on my first trip my F/O highly recommended this APP to make my return easier. It is an absolute GodSend that I can’t live without!!!

This app makes everything connected to working easy and intuitive. From schedules, to commuting, to bidding, it is easy to navigate. Very clear FAQs are written for easily answering questions. It is so easy, it’s hard to remember your password when you get to work, as the app has made that transparent. Highly recommend! Well worth the money at twice the price, (don’t tell Scott!)

Travel section/offline jumpseat
When trying to list to jumpseat it’s very unreliable in regards to pulling up travel/available flights. The screen just sits there blank. It’s bad because that’s only how I know how to list myself to commute on other airlines / the airlines where you have to list online.

The add contacts function in schedule isn’t working.. everything else is awesome so far!

App has been great. Wish we could get it on the iPad as well. Makes work-life so much easier. One draw back though, I have forgotten how to use ccs on a computer!!!
