Needed
I just got this app to manage my guys time.
The first thing I noticed is employees can’t see job descriptions which would be a huge bonus to the app. (We get asked 50 times what to do and it gets annoying. Having the ability to have the employees see the job description would be huge) Allowing a dedicated area on each job form for the start and end date would also be really helpful for the crews.
Aside from that great app, I have purchased the standard plan.

Schedule
I really need to be able to repeat single events not just weeks. Other apps you have an option weekly,biweekly,monthly.
Issues
Can't download more than 2 months worth of data at once. Can't download all of a jobs data at once it's ridiculous. Customer service never gets back to you.
Can’t Sign Up
I can’t type anything in to set up an account, unless it can be “auto fill”

Costing me!
Having to constantly refresh to get the current hours. I’ve had issues with this app for months. I wish the employer world fund an app that doesn’t require refreshing constantly.

It lost all my employees doesn’t give me an option to add them back. Basic plan tripled and then you can’t add employees like It says. It used to work fine now it’s useless
False Advertising
Says small business plan is $4.99 a month, but doesn’t give you that option when you go to sign up. NOT COOL!!
Use Daily
We use this app for our family company and it’s honestly really helpful. Our employees love how simple it is and easy to use. They’re able to leave notes like a daily log and they like how it marks their location so they don’t have to do extra steps for that. Granted we’ve never used another clock in app but we don’t ever feel the need to look for a new one. This one is simple, easy to use and tracks what we need. Aka time, location & allows daily notes.
