Complete garbage. End user UI/UX is horrendous. Updates break the thing entirely. Zero support. Pathetic. Avoid at all costs if you can.
Update logs you out of the system
Well done pushing an update that logs you out of the system so you can’t clock in at work. Employers famously are chill with you not having evidence of being in the building. “Bug fixes and updates” screams “it’s a feature not a bug”. Clowns
The WORST app for work
How has this new update managed to break the app even worse than before? Absolutely TERRIBLE
Awful App
Easily the worst attendance app I have ever used. Logs me out while I am still at work, doesn’t work half the time (including the phone line) and a pain just to even register (don’t even get me started on the QR code).
I had to re-register today due to a so-called “improvements” update. As such, I had to ring my employer upon arrival to try to justify that I was actually in work.
Due to the ridiculous lack of functionality in this app, I have had my employers threaten not to pay myself and my colleagues for the shifts that we have worked, when in actuality its because the app is not working.
I see from previous reviews that others have the same problem, so why on earth would companies use this app when the ratings for it are so low?!
Much better apps out there. If I could give it a zero rating, I would.

Don’t use this company
Since the access group has taken over Ezitracker it has completely destroyed the business. The access group has applied extortionate support package prices which have just been added to the account. It’s such a shame as ezitracker used to be a great solution. The integration fails and development is a joke

Doesn’t say where I’m logged in at
It works fine I guess but the only thing that’s annoying is it doesn’t tell me where I’m logged in it just says “you are currently logged in at” and nothing else.
What have you done???
Since your update the app has not worked properly!!!
Was fine until the update
All seemed ok until the recent update. Now everything is black and most of the screen is blank. No idea where I’m signing into or how long I’ve been there.
Poor login details and lost info/ resulting no pay from company
On numerous occasions I have 100% logged in and out yet my log out have not been recorderd and I have lost a whole shifts pay, if I had wanted to leave early I would of logged out in order to at least paid for the time I had worked, the workplaces who use this app and decide not to pay people are clearly misusing it an it needs further investigation and acas should be informed of the employers who are not payin employees

Good App
This app provides massive extra functionality for users if Ezitracker, I can log in/out, see daily schedules, view timesheets, get optimised map routes between jobs, send and see in app messages/notifications and carry out onsite tasks/audits.

Need notifications.
I use this every moment of the day. It would benefit greatly to have pop up notifications of messages or new job alerts. I find myself constantly checking my phone all the time. Due to the fact I am doing a lot of driving, I cannot always check phone. So having notifications and pop up alerts seem very important to have.
