Gets the job done but it’s not great

I used the app to verify my identity. It was very annoying because the max limit on the document size is 5MB and my lease is like 16MB. It also couldn’t account for automatically filling out phone numbers using dashes or parenthesis which so when I submitted my application, it threw an error and I had to submit it again. I also don’t know why they don’t accept passport cards so I had to wait until I got home to provide a photo of my passport
