The camera doesn’t really give time to line up before it takes the shot so it’s more likely to be blurred or off centre.

And to cap it all, you then want a review telling you how the whole experience was life- enhancing? Well it wasn’t.

Who are you
Getting an email from a third party with a random link just looking like a phishing scam. This experience didn't feel trustworthy even though the bank rep assured me it was real.

Frustrating
Whilst this app seems a good idea it is very frustrating in successfully accepting my passport id and when you return saving information that has already been inputted. Also requiring the credit agreement number when in my opinion it should have been known. Hope this helps.

Using iPad Took numerous attempts to get driving licence photo done, ie quite sensitive..
Flakey, buggy, annoying.
The app isn’t fit for purpose. Lots of bugs. Lots of user issues. Doesn’t confirm what’s successfully uploaded and what isn’t. Photo capture is inconsistent and flakey. Needs to go back into BETA.
