Who are you
Getting an email from a third party with a random link just looking like a phishing scam. This experience didn't feel trustworthy even though the bank rep assured me it was real.

Whilst this app seems a good idea it is very frustrating in successfully accepting my passport id and when you return saving information that has already been inputted. Also requiring the credit agreement number when in my opinion it should have been known. Hope this helps.

Using iPad Took numerous attempts to get driving licence photo done, ie quite sensitive..
Flakey, buggy, annoying.
The app isn’t fit for purpose. Lots of bugs. Lots of user issues. Doesn’t confirm what’s successfully uploaded and what isn’t. Photo capture is inconsistent and flakey. Needs to go back into BETA.

Easy to access and also to use. Uploading the identity pictures and the proof of address was hassle free. The last page pertaining to account use was easy to follow. The whole procedure was over in a matter of minutes
Not designed for UK
This asks for documents most people do not possess and will not accept UK style plastic driving licence. You don’t need this much proof of identity for an enhanced criminal record check.
