Not fit for purpose
iPad tap to capture does nothing.
iPhone Liveness Test just flashes black image, press continue, displays “oops something went wrong…”
What a waste of time! In meantime I have financial transactions that can’t be processed!!

Problems!
This app is very finicky! It doesn’t take pics very well in light or dark against any background! I had to try so many times before it would work and my documents were clear Government issued ID’s.
Mr Allen
So quick and easy but when you leave the portal to find your policy number I had to start again.
Tedious
Got so far then had to go back and start again. Not very user friendly
Quality
Very easy to use
Gets the job done but it’s not great
I used the app to verify my identity. It was very annoying because the max limit on the document size is 5MB and my lease is like 16MB. It also couldn’t account for automatically filling out phone numbers using dashes or parenthesis which so when I submitted my application, it threw an error and I had to submit it again. I also don’t know why they don’t accept passport cards so I had to wait until I got home to provide a photo of my passport

Cheap and not user friendly.
I found the app hard to use and poorly constructed
Review
The picture capture is too sensitive.
Great
Very easy to use
Awful App
Very difficult to use. Have had to retake my photo 20 times. Very frustrating. Would rather visit dentist than use this app again
Mr
Easy to understand, please keep it up
Easy and simple to use
Download fast, easy and simple to use, got it done fast with no fuss
Difficult to use this app
Extremely difficult to use and
Too quick
The camera doesn’t really give time to line up before it takes the shot so it’s more likely to be blurred or off centre.
Outrageous
Time was a man was innocent until proved guilty of something, yet here I am spending hours of my life proving I am not a fraudster, money launderer, scammer or sanction-busting Russian Oligarch. And to cap it all, you then want a review telling you how the whole experience was life- enhancing? Well it wasn’t.
It is in fact a gross invasion of my privacy and insults the integrity I have spent a lifetime building.
