whoever wrote this app, fix it asap. I tried wechat pay, no QR code showed up, tried the mastercard and it refunded the money. Do better.

Really big problem
System deducted the money from my credit card first, but unsuccessfully deposit the money into my EZL card. We have no idea to solve the problem.

No clue why there are so many low reviews. I just used this with my family for a Seoul trip and it worked great to see how much was on our cards and you can use it to top them off with a credit card. Only downside is you have to put a minimum of 50000 W on with a card. My 16 Pro was able to easily read the cards used.

I topped up 50k won I got confirmation charged into my credit card but it didn’t reflect at all in my balance.
Be careful to use foreigner credit card

個人情報を入力する時、ボタンを押せますが、名前の入力が全くできません。名前のところいくら入力さえしても文字が入りません。不具合だと思うので早急に直してください。韓国に行くのに使おうと思って買ったのに意味がないのでよろしくお願いします。

I am looking for a way to reach out to EZL but I can’t find a way how. I loaded 50K won using this app and got confirmation that the payment was successful! However an hour later and the load is still not showing on my balance. What happened? Do I really have to wait hours before I see the funds? How can I get my money back???
