App is ok. Food is never delivered on time. I wish I could tip after my food comes so it could be based on the actual service I receive
The worst!!!
Though the app is ok. The device is awful! i’ve order several times in order to give the service a fighting chance but my LORD is it awful! i’ve had several orders go beyond the eta only to find out there wasn’t an available driver and the oder was cancelled. the times i do actually get my food, it’s usually very late being delivered and cold! Tonight, I placed an order around 6:45pm. At 7:09pm I received a text message saying my order was on the way to be delivered. Checked the tracking and it said 7:42pm eta. 7:50pm rolls around and the tracking updated to an eta of 8:45pm. I get on chat with support asking what the deal is and i go to take a screenshot of the text I received at 7:09pm and the eta was updated to 9:13pm!!! Food finally got delivered at 8:40pm…COLD!! Go figure! The offered compensation was a credit for the delivery fee!! Basically if you’re hungry and want your food delivered quickly, DON’T use this service!!

It’s okay but could be better
I think this app has a lot more choices compared to other competitors. However- there are some cons to it. You can’t edit your order or cancel it without talking to support which is super annoying. I understand they are local but they also have other competitors.

Just use door dash. This app is garbage. It freezes, closes, or sometimes just refuses to with. I’ve lost my food orders way too many times to count, and I’ve finally had enough. The prices are insane compared to door dash anyway.
Absolute garbage
App is full of bugs. When you finally get it to work it sits on the order page for 20 min and your order doesn’t go through. Don’t waste your time.
