I never write reviews but baby this app stressed me OUT.
I wanted to get my boyfriend some food while he’s on base because if I had to hear about him eating pizza and Chinese food one more time I was gonna lose it. So I downloaded this app thinking I was doing something nice.
Tell me why I ordered Zaxby’s at 1:20 PM and it was supposed to be delivered by 2:20 PM. 2:20 came. Then 3:20. Then 4:20. Nothing.
The app never updated not ONE time. It just sat there saying “processing order” while nobody could tell me where my food, my money, or my sanity went.
I called customer service and talked to someone named Angel. Bless her heart, but she was no help whatsoever. She basically told me another department had to handle it because nobody knew where my order was. Not if it was made, picked up, delivered, or floating around in the atmosphere somewhere.
I called back twice and still got nowhere. Nobody from this mysterious department ever contacted me either.
So I called Zaxby’s myself and y’all… the order was NEVER EVEN PUT IN THEIR SYSTEM.
Three whole hours later, ChowCall finally emails me saying “there were no drivers available.”
Why am I just now finding this out? Why did we all have to go on a scavenger hunt to discover my order never existed?
Save your money and save your blood pressure. This app is expensive, customer service is useless, and apparently your food may never even make it to the restaurant.

Worst Customer Service
The app doesn’t have any support for cancellation of orders like other apps. It take hours to get food delivered with overpriced delivery fee. No way of communicating with the driver, unless they reach you out. I don’t blame the driver because they are in low of manpower. I know they are bunch of military service members trying to order food at the same time. Worst delivery company ever.

This app only has a couple locations available. They have handouts all over NSN but closest is Florida.

Horrible. Deleted the app after making one order, there is nothing good about it. Your food sits out for over an hour and there’s no tracking updates, no way of cancelling orders, or way of contacting the person delivering food for you.
