App Glitches
The app is not really efficient it glitches and is very slow .
20+ minutes to checkout
Checkout has gotten slower over the years. Glitches occur each and every time the app or website is in use while browsing.
Doesn’t Work!
You won’t save any money on coupons by using this app because you’ll have to quit your job to refresh it endlessly to try to get it to load anything. It’s a crapshoot if it ever works.
Good app that has issues
I’ve been using this app for a few years now. For the last several months, it’s been timing out when conducting searches. Last weekend I couldn’t even through the app or the website. Not sure what’s happening, but it would be nice if the app would get a refresh.
Search function not user friendly
Basic search has to be exact. For example chicken does not pull up, you have to put chicken breast or soup to find basics.
System delays to process the order are about a minute.
Select a time for pick up and it defaults to “error”. Kept moving down until one accepted. If it’s not available it should not show up.
