Not the easiest to use
It’s making me log in a create a new password every day. The search function isn’t intuitive at all, you have to enter it exactly as a store’s system has it even if that’s gibberish.
Slow
Always slow! Every use app is so slow at loading
Terrible, needs refinement. Almost feels like this was designed 20 years ago.
Terrible shopping app. Frustrating.Definitely needs refinement. The developer needs to visit Walmart’s or Target’s app. and mimic them.
Why, when I search for fish, I get every single product in the store that has fish in the title. Or sometimes when I’m searching for cereal, I get “Nothing found” ! Or sometimes I want to add a product to my basket, something that I know the store has, it’ll tell me that they can’t find it.
Many times I’ve given up using Cick2Go and gone to the Walmart site

Good but has bugs
I love the service it provides, however, the app is buggy.
Glitchy, slow garbage (iOS)
I really want this app to work. Unfortunately, it is too slow, won’t load, and needs to be restarted - that doesn’t help.

Needs to retain address to speed up payment. Or give the option to leave the card and info on file.
Drives me crazy
It’s so glitchy! Signs me out all the time. If you type your password incorrectly (can’t see what you’re typing) it locks you out. I’ve set up facial recognition and it works and then it doesn’t. Try to reset password and it says I can’t use an old password. Well you just told me that password was incorrect, so obviously it wasn’t! The last 2 trips to the commissary it wouldn’t take off my coupons at the register. Of course the cashiers can’t do anything about it. It takes so much time to use this app. Search function sucks. Takes way too much time and frustration to save $3.

What has happened?
I’ve used Click2Go for years. It has, until recently, been great. I’ve recommended it enthusiastically. However, as of late, it’s a hot mess. I get time out errors. I searched the app for “bread” and “apples” and it came back with no products found. When the app can find products it takes 30-45 seconds to load results. It has gotten to the point where writing a list by hand and shopping in person would be more efficient. Please find the bugs and fix them. Your competition doesn’t have this problem.

It needs to be heavily debugged. The HUD and login display before and after checkout is laggy.
App keeps logging me out
The app is normally very smooth and easy to use. However lately it has been incredibly slow, sometimes taking over 3 minutes to add a single item to my cart. Along with this, it keeps logging me out of the app and refuses to recognize my Face ID, and refused to accept my password. So every few days I’ve had to completely reset my password which is super inconvenient and annoying.

It’s a DOD app but you can’t put APO address in for billing??

Please someone fix this app to run smoothly!! I was just told my password expired….like what??? Idc if someone hacks this, there is no reason for re doing a password on an app like this!!! It loads incredibly slowly, the searches aren’t great and I can never select instructions if I want a substitute product. App blows but the desktop version is decent

Works but just okay
The app gets the job done.. but isn’t smooth to use. Laggy at times. There’s no saved card method for checking out nor Apple Pay option. This key search terms are very specific to the item. If you misspell it it’s not gonna populate. I don’t expect it to look fancy at all, but it would be nice if there was an Apple Pay option.

Needs easier checkout
I wish there were more pictures for the food options. I also felt like not all the options normally available in store were available on the app. The checkout could be a lot easier! We have to continually enter our payment method. It should save the payment or allow apple

I like it because it’s convenient. And it’s got my rewards attached. Wish i could add to Apple wallet
App Glitches
The app is not really efficient it glitches and is very slow .
20+ minutes to checkout
Checkout has gotten slower over the years. Glitches occur each and every time the app or website is in use while browsing.
Doesn’t Work!
You won’t save any money on coupons by using this app because you’ll have to quit your job to refresh it endlessly to try to get it to load anything. It’s a crapshoot if it ever works.
