This app needs major work. It glitches so many times while I’m trying to load items and checking out is a nightmare.

Ever since they updated the app years ago the coupon section won’t fully load and they don’t have as many coupons either. I wish they’d go back to the older version of the app!

The app is always slow buffering you get a lot of errors and it’s not good at finding products. You gotta be very specific.

This app is ridiculously slow to load and times out too often. It makes using coupons painful and time-consuming. Speed that up and the app would be useful.

Constantly have a problem trying to put in payment for the order. They don’t seem to update the app at all. Constantly glitches.

Not a great app. I kept hitting pick up but it was asking for delivery address. If you dont write the product name exactly as it is, nothing comes up. Its 8am and it didnt let me do a pick up for today at all!
Please UPDATE! Love the app though.
Please update the app to save payment method and address. Also, make it so when you search it searches everywhere, even if you’re in your favorites.

Takes forever to load + errors
It’s been months now that the app and the website take forever to load. And about of the times once it loads there is an error. Commissary click2go used to be wonderful! I’ve started shopping elsewhere because of it :(!

I used this app ones a week and half of the time it crashes, logs me out. I’m really thinking about just moving to a different store. Useless
Not working
Have been trying to place an order on this app for over three hours. The checkout just sits on “updating order” . Called the commissary to see if anyone else was having the same issue in my area and employees told me they have a multitude of individuals having the same problem. This is ridiculous.

Just ok.
The app is convenient. Have to constantly refresh. Takes forever to check out because loading is so very slow. Always have to exit out and get back in.

The app is slow. It is great about showing what’s on sale, it is great about connecting from the flyer to the product, it is great about the clickable coupons. However, when I type in a word, it should not give me everybody’s misspellings as options and ask me if that’s what I meant instead. I like the fact that I am able to put notes in on each item, helping the shopper figure out what I’d like if they can’t find exactly what I asked for.

Never works
Wi fi is always sketchy in the commissary anyway but click to go never works for me. When it does open, it says biometrics doesn’t work, or password expired. It times out about every 3 seconds. Very exasperating. Plus, they cannot override in the store to give the discount manually. The manager says it messes up inventory. If it is documented, how does it mess ip inventory?

The app kept timing out when I was actively in the app. Also it doesn’t load very quickly and when items are removed from the cart it adds them back so I hade to remove them multiple times or I end up with items in the cart I didn’t want to purchase.
Can’t use coupons during checkout
Finally, decided to write a review since local commissary, have nothing to do with “ app” issues. There has been so many issues with coupons that I have, clipped in check out cart. I was told that “ no one inside the Commissary, can do anything about the coupons not popping up nor can they apply the coupons manual.

Please Fix This App
App needs major improvements. Impossible to clip digital coupons because the page times-out before anything can be loaded. Couple that with the website having issues loading coupons and we’re no longer able to save the $10-20 per week we were able to with the digital coupons. May not seem like much, but it adds up over the year.

The app kinda sucks because it needs features that help the user find items their looking for especially for people in a new location. It’s super slow and buffers often. If you have a large order don’t use it because it takes forever and after so long if you type the word ‘pizza’ and hit enter it loads and then stops finding it unless you click their word or pop up under it doesn’t matter if it’s spelled the same. You also have to be super super precise with what you want or super basic to find anything. It’s frustrating. Def needs updates or just gotta order maybe 5 items but at that point just go into the store.

Horrible App
This app rarely works as intended. Constantly waiting for it to refresh only to have it time out of request. Absolutely terrible that members of the uniformed services have to put up such a low quality work product. Scrap it and start over with programmers who know what they’re doing.
