I absolutely like what you have done with the UI/UX. Love it
I have a pain point which if solved can be an amazing feature
Whenever an automatic clip is recorded by detecting a motion the process time to start recording to on disk storage has a drift from the actual event that triggered the recording, even if the drift is very small vital info is lost also in the same way the action leading to the record trigger might be important.
I would suggest to attach t-10 to t-5 seconds to the start of the of the recording
t = trigger time
I think that can be a very subtle but very good thing to capture the actions leading to the trigger of the recording event.
I’m hopeful you will consider this.

Great UI! Question about accessing live feed locally for home automation
I had a small technical question regarding the camera’s streaming capabilities. I run a small home server on my local network and like to archive recordings locally for my own storage and automation purposes.
I was wondering if the camera exposes any way to access the live stream over the local network (LAN). For example, something like an RTSP stream, local URL endpoint, or a port that allows accessing the feed directly within the same network. Even if it requires authentication, that would be perfectly fine.
My thought was that since the camera already streams video to your cloud service, there might be a way to access the same stream locally within the LAN and process it on a home server.
If such an option exists, I would love to learn more about it. Even documentation for developers or advanced users would be incredibly helpful.

Terrible app and product.
This camera is extremely disappointing. Every time you try to access the recordings, the camera goes offline. It doesn’t even maintain a stable Wi-Fi connection — it can’t stay connected from just 10 feet away.
If you’re considering buying this product, look for something much better. It’s worth spending more on a reliable camera because this one simply doesn’t work.

Suggestion to Enhance Playback Speed Options in CP PLUS Wi-Fi camera
I would like to share a constructive suggestion regarding the video playback functionality in CP PLUS Wi-Fi camera
Currently, the maximum playback speed available is limited to 2×, which can be time-consuming when reviewing long-duration surveillance footage, especially during audits, investigations, or routine monitoring. Increasing the playback speed options to 4×, 6×, or up to 8× would significantly improve efficiency and user experience.
Higher playback speeds are commonly available in comparable surveillance systems and are extremely useful for quickly identifying events of interest without compromising operational productivity.
I request you to kindly consider this enhancement in future firmware or software updates. This improvement would add substantial value for users who regularly review large volumes of recorded footage.
