This app is broken
I wasn’t having any issues for last few months but now when I changed my wifi and trying to connect the camera to the new wifi it just won’t connect i tried resetting but then I realised the app is broken cause when I uninstalled and installed this app again it wont even send me the otp to login again says network anomalies??? WHAT A DRAGG

This app sucks.
First of all this requires iOS 12 and above which sucks means I can’t access this on all devices. Also downloading videos gets stuck and fails.

Why do you need 2 apps for same company. I mean why? Please tell me why?
And Why does app has to refresh every time I leave the app.
To CP Plus Management- either pay your developer well (so they are incentivised to do good work) or if they are paid well fire them.
And reminder I won’t be buying cp plus app again. Luckily I bought in limited quantity. Enough to bear loss. And throw this worthless garbage of a product in dustbin.

Worst camera
This camera doesn’t fulfil the needs for which we have installed it. The camera doesn’t record during important period. The camera goes on sleeping mode in the night hence it never records videos in night. Always facing network errors, technical glitches, buffering, etc. Don’t buy this camera.
App too slow
App is too slow, response to command and visiting a recording too is slow. Loading takes time.
Not getting OTP
Unable to login because I am not getting OtP onmy registered number
No Grid View
Cameras are no doubt impressive but there is no grid view feature available in this app…

Resolve auto restart issue
It does restart any time you do something rather than viewing the camera
If somebody calls, even you got missed call, you open other app, you accidentally press home button, or you turn off your screen. It restarts and very frustrating to open it again and again

Application OTP verification again and again
This application is not working in foreign country, very poor performance. Please resolve this problem.
Home mode is not working
While setting the home mode, camera despite of setting to home mode, automatically sets to location which is set as default. No purpose of guarding from this app

Worst app and camera cheap quality ez-s41
This is the worst app and camera I have ever seen. Playback, download is not working, can’t see recordings only buffering every-time. I am using care cam camera is much better than cp plus camera. This is the black mark of cp plus brand. Can’t use in 2 mobile apps main and shared at the same time. Please don’t make cheap camera otherwise no will trust on big brand cp plus. I am going to return this camera. Local Chinese camera is far better then than this. Worst camera, I ever used in my life. All my other brand camera is working fine from more then 5 years without any issue.
