Available fund discrepancies
Info appears to be incomplete. ACH transactions totaling over $900 are not showing as having been done yesterday. Cannot keep track of actual money available if pending transactions are not subtracted from funds available in a timely manner.

Used to work well…
Worked well without issue for years, now won’t update balance at all. “Error updating details”. Has happened before that it wouldn’t but I I solved it temporarily somehow. Not any more. Android version still works well, and used it to check on things instead.

Poor notification
I have been banking with F&M for over 3 years with my nonprofit, for profit business, a trust account, and personal account. Notification were great when the new app rolled out, but in the last 6 months, they have been spotty at best. I rely on the notification to alert me that I have to transfer funds or if something funky is happening in one of my accounts that I don’t check on a daily basis. Get it together!

The mobile deposit does not work.
The mobile deposits does not work. It does not matter how many times I take a perfectly clear picture it is rejected. Now I have the back of the check written on saying for mobile deposits only and it won’t accept it.
