I don’t do paper banking I do online banking and I am very pleased at how FNM Bank when I come in to talk to any of the employees or bankers how they help me and explain to me exactly what I need to know without this online feature I wouldn’t be able to do that

The staff at F&M bank have always went out of their way for us whenever I need help. Everyone at the branch next to juice it up has always have the best excellent customer service. I recommend the bank to anyone.
The app is very convenient
It helps to see when my money has come in from my account or Venmo, it’s nice to know so that I don’t use my card if I don’t have the money. Very nice to be able to track

I love the app I never have any problems and when I do they are easily resolved by calling the number on my card. I can easily transfer money from one account to another without having to call or go into branch.

This app has allowed me to continue to be a customer at my hometown/local bank while living out of the area. Love the ease of use and ability to virtually deposit checks. Truly a lifesaver for me!

I like how simple the app is to use. It’s easy to navigate and find my estatements when I need them. I love that I can make deposits over the phone. One thing I’d like to see is an increase in the deposit amount.
