Such a terribly managed bank. I wish PCB would open a branch in the broadway/timberville area. Those folks know how to bank locally. Maybe it’s because their management is from the area. Not a lot of castoff failures from larger banks.

Absolutely horrible
It took me a week to get my loan account payment set up from my other bank. Multiple calls to customer service. They had to completely delete the progress I made and had to wait another 24hours for the deposits to verify my account
Can’t login on app
I can login through the website but the app doesn’t login.
App okay but….
The app works okay for most banking related activities but its like some things arent thought out or the bank just feels like people will deal with.
Prime example is the messaging part of the app. This should be used for messaging customer service but instead it has turned in to another marketing arm for the bank with no way to turn off said messaging.
Another issue i have is MFA/2FA support. Texting is the only option. Im sorry but in the modern era when have way better options.
On the positive side at least this app doesnt have one of those terrible virtual assistants.

My husband switched banks to this bank. I can not get on the app or even online. I have my own checking account with another bank and the app is AWESOME very easy to get on This app is awful.

Every time you update I have trouble logging in. I hear this complaint from many in our community as well. Inconveniencing customers doesn’t seem to be a concern of the bank.

I don’t like that I can’t see all my accounts without having to swipe right and keep swiping until I get to the one I want. And I have to click the account and then click transactions to see them. Obviously, I want to see the transactions if I click on the account. It just seems like a lot of clicking here and there to get to a place that used to be much simpler to get to.

Superior Banking at F&M
I have had the opportunity to have used more than 5 banks in my lifetime and without a doubt, F&M is hands down THE BEST BANK that I have ever had the pleasure of banking with. Superior customer service and products, too!
New App
I just downloaded the new app a few days ago and this is the first time I'm using it. But I love the new layout and how easy it is just paying bills. It is great.

Person to Person
I used to use the person to person feature quite often, but since then update it’s nowhere to be found and In very disappointed. Hopefully a future update will fix this.
