Mostly great, but …
F-Secure alerts me when it finds a website attempting to phish. That is great. But it would be even greater if it would show what the website was, so I would know to stay away from it. F-Secure knows what it was. Why can’t it tell me? Or at least tell me the time it detected it?

I have tried the trial period and received information that my ssn may be in use by someone that has a similar name. It’s not my last name but very close to my mom’s. I called the number given to talk to an agent. All in all I am getting initiated and the agent informed me about everything going on with my identity and everything important to me. The app is exactly as it ought to be. The protection and abundance of information you get back is impressive. The turn around to get an answer re: my claim is 24 to 48 hours. Not bad. They take care of everything. And advised me how to report this to the credit bureaus. Overall, this app is easy to navigate and if you’re looking for protection and security for your phone try this one out. ✌🏻

this used to be a good security app but it is just awful. ive been trying to figure out how to get in contact with customer service but it always brings me to their preloaded questions. im leaving my issue here bc at one point i thought i finally found a way to contact them bc it brought me to send an emIl but didnt have an address to send it to.
so here is my issue:
i have paid for premium the last two years yet on this app it is saying i do not have premium and in the web browser it is saying i havent paid since 2024. im frustrated and want a full refund for 2025, and for 2026 i just want premium to be fixed on my account or a full refund. in the past i felt secure know this app was in the background protecting, but come to find out it isnt?!
so here is my issue:

Account issues
I just got a new iPhone. I purchased a premium service in February of this year. $99.99 plus tax. When I open the Mobile Security app (with a shield icon), it shows my account as a basic account. I’ve called your customer service number and was put on hold for 30 minutes. I tried chatting with no answer. The chatting agent suggested I go to another place for help but the link he provided is not a secure website so my browser wouldn’t open the page. There’s got to be a better way to resolve my issue.
