Great layout easy to use
I love the app because it offers a free version that actually works. The only thing I would like to see is another option for more benefits. 60$ a year only is not bad but a lot of people can’t pay it upfront without taking a hit in today’s economy, maybe do 5$ a month or something similar just in smaller amounts. Thank you for providing safety and security for people.

I see no app or system scanning in Premium
I have an iPhone8 Plus and Lookout Premium. I am receiving many malicious link warnings as if there is a virus on my phone now. App Scan does not appear to be an option. Support has not responded to my inquiries. Not enough security or support. At least Lookout does warn and block the malicious links.

Mostly great, but …
F-Secure alerts me when it finds a website attempting to phish. That is great. But it would be even greater if it would show what the website was, so I would know to stay away from it. F-Secure knows what it was. Why can’t it tell me? Or at least tell me the time it detected it?
Safe and sound
I have tried the trial period and received information that my ssn may be in use by someone that has a similar name. It’s not my last name but very close to my mom’s. I called the number given to talk to an agent. All in all I am getting initiated and the agent informed me about everything going on with my identity and everything important to me. The app is exactly as it ought to be. The protection and abundance of information you get back is impressive. The turn around to get an answer re: my claim is 24 to 48 hours. Not bad. They take care of everything. And advised me how to report this to the credit bureaus. Overall, this app is easy to navigate and if you’re looking for protection and security for your phone try this one out. ✌🏻

The app should be allowed to run in the background even if the app is closed. It make no sense to leave the app open all the time
