First Time
First time attending. Getting to the stadium was not ideal. Parking was difficult to orchestrate. Inside the facility directions were confusing. Every map did not have “you are here”flag. Would have been helpful. I thought that after the race there were other events going on. I didn’t see or know of the schedule on the app.

Well organized. The staff are very courteous. I love the water fill stations. Providing free small biodegradable cups will enhance the experience at the waterfall stations very much. This way, fans don’t have to spend six dollars to buy a bottle of water.
Shuttle service is smooth and quite efficient. I was pleasantly surprised.
The weather was a bit too hot on the first and the second day (87 and 96°F perspectively)
Today is the third and final day (Sunday) when I’m writing this review. . I think the race should be held earlier in the afternoon rather than later in the afternoon at the standard start time at 4 PM. This way, everybody could finish and have their own evening schedule.
Out of state folks can also leave on Sunday night if the race is held earlier in the day like 1 PM similar to the updated schedule today

F1 puts on a great show but...
Seemed like there was nowhere to sit outside a the sun really bad. Then too few of the staff working could not answer any question . It's a huge event so I just wished there were ma cool area there were barely none and I only saw a WiFi bus but it was packed. NO Shade!
Map is bad
The map never takes the correct route. It has cost so much extra time getting anywhere.
Over all experience
Great app platform is easy to navigate. A little sad it hasn’t updated or paired with my online account to see my pre-order payment plan for next year’s tickets. Only down fall.

Ada transportation to de track was great coordination and fast, on the other hand there was lack of coordination with state troopers and trafic was blocked and it took for ever to get from the gate 8 to lot 44
The worst App experience
The run around you give people is insane and having to sign in multiple times. For the prices you charge for F1 tickets this should be the smoothest experience but it’s far from it!

App sends push notifications that include spoilers. Disappointing if you aren’t able to attend all 3 days and we’re unable to catch the race live.
