iOS12以降はLegacyではない方で利用できます

F5 access(Legacyでは無い方)を削除→再インストールして、プッシュ通知をONにしたら普通に利用できました。
よく見るとLegacyのプレビューの英語にもiOS12以降はF5 Accessを使えと書いてあります。アプリのリネームがまだされてないんですね。

Please update

This app is essential for my work but my server settings won’t save on iOS12. This is an issue that many have commented on but still no solution (30/01/2019)

Unreliable
