What’s new in this version: Improved Filtering Search and filters now work more consistently when choosing what to study. When searching by Subject, ACS Title, or question wording, Rated can launch the matching study set directly from the filtered results. Question-word searches now narrow the actual study bank, so searching for terms like “Figure 21” returns only the matching questions instead of the full K-code. Flagged and level filters also make it easier to start focused review sessions by selecting the applicable exam content automatically when needed. This version improves multi-level selection, flagged review, and question-word filtering so users can build more focused study sessions with fewer extra steps. Thanks for studying with Rated Prime.

Just recently took my general written and unfortunately was off by 2 points used gleim now using dauntless but came across this app gave it a shot and was surprised I was able to load up all the acs codes at first recognized some of the questions but the rest the wording was out it look identical on the written exam my question is are these the exact questions on the written exams

Thank you for your review, and I’m sorry to hear you missed General by 2 points. I know how frustrating that is, especially after paying for the exam. To answer your question: Rated does not use the actual FAA exam questions. Our questions are still representative of the actual exam and are built around the FAA ACS Knowledge Codes and FAA-recommended source documents so they could feel very similar. The goal is to help you understand the topic behind each KCode, not just memorize a questions. I’m an A&P/IA mechanic and built Rated because I saw a gap in how mechanics prepare for the A&P certification process. The test does not always feel like how we actually perform maintenance on aircraft, so our mindset is: the more you understand the “game,” the better prepared and more confident you’ll be.
