It grows with you and you can see your own growth with it too. Highly recommend if you want something more than just writing your thoughts down in a plain journal.

This is a great app. If only I had such a journaling app when I was a child, turning my struggles in my challenges, and my insecurities into a heroes journey is an amazing way to help young people through their struggles. First, the AI picks out themes from your Journal entries and turns them into beautifully relevant art!
Next, love the fun way that it extracts elements of your Journal entries and assigns them to developmental categories such as Builder, Baker. Sleuth, etc.
Finally, although the chronological grouping is easiest to match to memory, the epic sequence helps group life into more meaning groupings that connect through themes.
