They will keep charging you despite canceling your trial subscription. You will need to cancel your credit card or delete PayPal to get away from them. They charged another trial subscription 1-1/2 years after canceling the subscription, even got an email from them that I won’t get charged again. PayPal wiped their hands and closed my case. If it was possible to give less stars, I would. The company policy is rather deceiving. They give you an introductory offer with free cancellation at any time, but should you choose to cancel when you realize their app is not worth it, they will then go back and add additional charges to make sure their full fee.

Scam - fraudulent charges
They charged me for something called hypnotherapy that I did not sign up for when I signed up for the $15.99 face yoga. I am still waiting to find out how to reverse that extra $119 charge they tacked on to the $15.99. Evil folks.

Complete SCAM
This app is a scam. They hide subscription information deep in their Terms and Conditions, so you’re unaware you’ll be charged TRIPLE the initial charge every few months. And even if you catch a pending charge on time and insist on it being canceled, they will refuse, stating you should have read the terms and conditions better. Nowhere in the app is any account info listed letting you know there will be a subscription charge. It’s a complete joke and this is not an upstanding company. Do not purchase!

Total crooks
There’s no where online on the web or app to cancel and they took £60 from me. When I saw it on my statement I challenged it and they claimed i missed my window for requesting a refund - I wasn’t notified of the payment in advance, wasn’t notified of any renewal, and you can’t cancel online!!! Total scammers. Avoid this dodgy company that loves stealing people’s money. Highly unethical practices.

Can’t Get Access To All They Charged
They charged me more money than I approved, and though the Face Yoga was good for the seven days, I never received the $119 portion they charged me for even after going back-and-forth and back-and-forth via email. Very frustrating. I do not recommend purchasing from this app.

I signed up for the trial and didn’t like the product and believed that I cancelled further engagement. I then got hit with an unauthorised £38.95 charge which they are refusing to refund citing terms and conditions. How much of their balance sheet is filled with income from these underhanded methods of getting this high payment without any heads up for trial people and then refusing to refund. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE. Hope that Apple Support will help. Will also alert Instagram and begin a campaign. Awful experience.

This company is a scam. I asked to cancel, they sent me an email and stated it was cancelled. Then continued to charge me two more billing cycles. Credit card refunded one, but this company has refused to credit the other one that they charged me 4 months after I cancelled and have proof of cancellation. DONT USE THIS APP

A deceptive scam
On Christmas Eve, I received an email promoting this app. They stated that the annual price for utilizing the app had been reduced to a much reduced short term discounted price (including a 15 minute countdown) of $9.99.
I purchased it; moments later I received a notice from my bank that I was being charged $119.88 by this company’s for access of this app. I immediately reached out to the customer service department via the only way to communicate with this company and was politely rebuffed.
They stated that in accordance to the customer policy regarding refunds, that I didn’t receive/I had “used” the program and due to that creative usage of the word “use”, I would not be receiving a refund. The fact is: I had not “used” the app, I’d only gone on to the app, not accessed any aspect of the program, and sent an email requesting clarity about the charge and a refund. There were no other ways to communicate w/customer service except via the customer service email in the app. I feel that their advertising was deceptive, that I was taken advantage of and robbed.
They had the nerve to send me a link to the company policies including their refund policy and when I clicked on it, I received the message “ page not available”.
I strongly suggest that no one purchases or uses this Facebook Yoga or any of their apps as they use deception to secure your money.
I am very displeased and as is my right and I do not enjoy being ripped off.

I would leave 0 stars if I could. I’ve been trying to cancel ongoing payment for this app for over a year and still have yet to find a way to stop the charges. I am extremely upset and have yet to be able to cancel my annual subscription. A complete rip-off…

Disappointing
I recently downloaded FaceYoga and was disappointed with my experience. The app promises to help users improve their facial muscles and skin through yoga exercises, but it falls short in a number of ways. First of all, the user interface is confusing and unintuitive. It's not clear how to navigate the different sections of the app or find specific exercises. Even after spending some time exploring, I still found myself struggling to figure out how to use the app effectively. Secondly, the yoga exercises themselves are underwhelming. Many of them are repetitive or simply involve making funny faces, and I didn't feel like they were doing much to actually improve my facial muscles or skin. But the biggest issue with FaceYoga is its high cost. The app charges a steep subscription fee, which I found to be unjustified considering the limited selection of exercises and the lack of personalized features. There are many other fitness and wellness apps out there that offer similar or better content for a fraction of the price, making FaceYoga simply not worth the investment. Overall, I wouldn't recommend FaceYoga to anyone looking to improve their facial muscles or skin. The high cost of the app is simply not justified by the quality of its content, and there are better options available for those seeking a more affordable and effective way to achieve their fitness and wellness goals.
