Needs more controls
The software is great for what it is. But for the price of the unlimited recording time I wish they had controls for quantizing frames to a specific frame rate when recording. Would also be nice to export to fbx binary to eliminate a step from the conversion process to Blender.

Random stops in connection
Seems I been running into issues with this application randomly stopping with the connection. I normally have to close out then reopen it to make it reconnect to the software on the computer.
Subscription.
I’ve had problems. I have a trial for the Maya subscription, but it doesn’t work 80% of the time. The app automatically goes live and only for ten seconds, despite having the aubscription. The app also crashes when I try switching to maya.
Fantastic app for animation!
This has been an incredible app to use for Blender / Unity animations! Be sure to adjust the weight for the different parts of the face (eyes, lips, etc) to get that perfect facial animation recording. Dev is very responsive and works hard to make the app great! Thank you, FaceMotion3D team!
Can’t Bake animation more then 5 seconds.
I purchased this app for blender. When i record animation upto 5 seconds it will work without any problems. But when I record animation more then 5 Seconds. Only audio file transfers. No any animation bake. Please Solve this bug as soon as possible.
Made me pay to use my own model for more than 30 seconds.

Misleading microtransactions; double charge attempt
App bought to connect to vbridger. Initially prompted me to buy an unlimited license to stream to it through “other”, then when reconnecting it, it then reinstated the time limit and prompted me to buy an unlimited unity license. IFacialMocap is better.

So for some reason it keeps counting the minutes I use my facial recognition for my vtubing avatar and it wants me to get premium or something like that and it frustrates me.
Doesn’t work
I have no idea what it’s supposed to do but I am guessing the head thingy is supposed to move with your expressions, when I click the “ record” button, it says it can’t find my face soooooo 1 star

Keeps going live on its own
I only just got the app to use it for face tracking on my pc when it started going live by itself I didn’t even press it

Hard to make work but it does work
I got really frustrated as out of nowhere body rotation stopped working, there was no indication as to why but I ultimately was able to fix it by renaming the bones and removing punctuation from it. It’s expensive but not a lot of apps can stream directly into your Unity app.
Don’t bother
Body Rotation just stopped working out of nowhere, started googling the issue and apperantly this happens a lot. That’s 20$ absolutely wasted.

Waste of time/money
Streaming to blender doesn’t work. Checked wireshark to see if it was even communicating and it doesnt. Program is garbage. Constantly asks for money when it doesn’t even work🤣🤣🤣
Easy face mocap
Great app. Been using in conjunction with Blender. Found it easy to transfer shape keys from the fbx export onto my own models. (Struggling with the eyes.. but that may be my Blender knowledge that I need to improve) great app 👍
