This app used to be my go to app , now I hardly use it . Every generated photo comes out for totally different person features totally different from the original pic , disappointing

What happened to my subscription?
I used to love this app but I can’t access my paid subscription and I have sent several email messages to the support group but upto now nothing has been done to resolve the problem. Tried reaching out to them on WhatsApp and Discord but to no avail. Next will be to report it to Apple if the developer will not reply to resolve the problem. I am an Ultra member. My subscription will expire September yet and I even bought tokens last March then suddenly it stopped working. So disgusting and frustrating…
