Trial and Error

Your app is great but too often fails to properly swap the correct faces when swapping two or more. I select face A on the left and face B on the right (or vise versa) and once it starts scanning it has already changed the positions opposite to my selections. It’s worse when trying to swap 3 or more faces and sometimes does not include all selected faces. The most I have tried is up to 4 faces. It often randomly crashes and exists. It already takes longer to detect faces and scan than another app I use, and for it to swap incorrectly and crash is quite frustrating to say the least. Unfortunately, I have not found another app to swap multiple faces that I like. DeepSwap is the other I use but can only swap one face. It takes me 3-5 tries just to get the faces on the correct positions I selected sometimes. Lastly, that banner at the top when you save, it stays for a bit long and blocks the done button. I am patient and willing to give your developers an opportunity to make updates as they see fit and hopefully they will. Other wise, I will search for another app. Thank you!

Robbed!

I tried the weekly. I liked it, so I bought the yearly. In the meantime not one but two weekly charges kept renewing. The worst part is getting to these people to straighten it out. I really like it but I’ve had to shut them down. And the yearly script doesn’t even work fully.

So you download the app and are immediately asked for a review before you have a change to TRY to use the product. What dumb arse came up with that idea? Just a precursor to let you know what a trash app you’re in for!!!!!

Sucks

This app will only allow you to upload and faceswap from a clip with a max of 15 seconds in length. It doesn’t capture all of the faces either. For the template pictures, this editor sometimes couldn’t complete the job. Very upset I spent money on this.

App stuck asking for renewal yet my subscription isn’t expired

Someone from support needs to fix this issue. I don’t want to lose things I have saved in the app otherwise I’d reinstall. I expect support to remedy this situation by an app update that correctly recognizes customer’s subscriptions without wanting more money when it isn’t necessary.

I’ve reached out to this developer three times now with absolutely zero response.

I was robbed

I paid for premium, the app didn’t let me use it. It kept prompting me to pay again. I contacted Apple and the company directly, and both organizations worked together to keep my money without me getting any services. I received no services in exchange for my money and both companies refused to refund me. Both Apple and faceswap studio are embarrassing for their ridiculous decisions in my simple matter that couldn’t be resolved.
