Update
I have been trying to get access to my funds since I received the card (which took over a month by the way) and it does not work. They take your money and don’t let you access it. I can’t even transfer it out to another account. I want my money back now!
Update***they were able to fix whatever issue they had in their system and things are working correctly now!
