The company I work for uses this app
We’ve had this app for three years now. Not only is it stupidly expensive just to use the program and per user, but they keep altering settings that make the app far less usable! When we got the application back in 2019 we had 5 MB of upload data from our phones for pictures. Then it went to 4 MB. Now it’s at 3 MB and there’s no way to try and change that but I can see. That sure seems like bait and switch tactics to me. I wouldn’t recommend this app or this corporation at all!! EDIT: we’re finally ridding ourselves of this program and guess what… if you want your information in a CSV file, you guessed it, YOU HAVE YO PAY DUDE SOULTIONS FOR THE ABILITY TO DO THAT! Outrageous!!

Good app
Everything works well for us. I would like the option not just to complete a work order but add the option to Close a work Order.
Trash app
This app used to work well, everyday all day now I can’t even open it. Even after trying everything. TRASH FIGURE IT OUT
Becoming disgruntled employee
Started using app about a year ago. Now starting April 2020 the app slows me to start anew work order but can not complete because of keyboard not going away. Not able to submit on the desktop computer either. Facility director is no help and keeps getting after us for boot filling out work orders!
Won’t go beyond the login screen
Zero functionality. Will it advance beyond the login screen.

Horrible App
This app is barely functional. Text for menu buttons are sometimes the same color as the background color making them impossible to see. Uploading pictures is set for a 3mb limit which is unnecessary. Even when the file size is smaller or if you use the built in camera it still says the file is too big. Sometimes when typing in notes the keyboard covers up the complete buttons and there is no easily identifiable way to close the keyboard. It’s clear they made this app to advertise that they have one but there is no support for it. It hasn’t been updated in over a year.

Needs additional bug fixes
For over six months there have been issues with being able to submit new work orders because the keyboard won’t close and you can’t see the submit button. Now the app will not go past the email entry page to allow me to sign in. On another device where I am signed in, I can not assign work orders in unassigned status. The page just loads when I try to assign. In addition, it would be helpful if all fields in the Budget Info section where available. The main reason for using the app is to increase productivity and use of the map for users in the field. The Budget Info section contains key tracking information and because you can’t enter it from the app it either has to be entered later from the desktop or doesn’t get entered at all and skews report analytics.

Needs iPhone XS display support and iOS 12 support badly!!
Definitely needs to be upgraded for iPhone XS displays and for iOS 12 support.
Won’t go past login screen
Would love to use, but doesn’t seem to work...
App does not work on my iPhone 7plus
The app will open and allow me to enter my credentials, but it will not go any further than the login button. Poor design.
Doesn’t work with IOS 11.0.3
Need to be fixed to work with IOS 11.0.3 once you type in the problem you can close the keyboard to make or complete the work order

I don't know if perhaps I'm doing something wrong or what but I have downloaded this 3 times, the admin has added me, but no matter what I do it doesn't get past the login page. And it does not state that my login info is incorrect it just goes to a blank screen.

Director of maintenance affairs
I stumbled across this gem while trying to finds solutions for our failing maintenance dept. I tried a few others but they just wouldn't cut it. Then I found this son of a gun, and I was like," sweet Jesus!" Our troubles are over. I introduced it to my superiors at a small manufacturing plant in Alabama. It was an instant success. Thank you, Dude!!!

Great idea still needs work
Need to add ability to enter receipts and update what you did on work order. But overall just for starting a workorder it's faster than using a web browser on your phone.
