Terrible 8 years going
My child’s school uses this app for grades, lunch orders, tuition etc. The 2 stars are because the app is visually pleasing and I can generally find what I am looking for. The problem is and has been for 8 years and counting the security. This thing is more locked down than my bank account. It is constantly logging you out of the account. However Face ID has saved my sanity with that “feature”. Its newest blessing is to lock you out after you are logged in and attempting to pay for lunch orders. It claims the username/password is invalid and makes you create a new password. Apple face id for password storage saves the day (again). Hoping high school uses something other than FACTS.

Can log in without paying
I type in my login info and it takes me to a screen asking if I want to pay, and when I click the X, it takes me back to the login screen. I did it six times before I deleted the app.
Log in easier?
Hi. The authentication to be able to log into the app via email, makes it very slow. Could you add the authentication code to be received via text? Thanks.

Got this from the school my kid goes to. You can access the website for free but they require you to pay for the app! No thank you.

Logs me out after like 1 week of being logged in, and constantly asking me to pay for a subscription out of the blue. I need this app to get access to my grades and schedule.
Annoying payments
This app is terrible it won’t keep me logged in no matter what I do or try. Everytime I log in myself it tries to get me to pay 5 dollars! Even though I’ve already paid through my school. This app is rage bait and nothing else. I would much rather have a different grade portal for my school.👎

locked me out of my acc
this locked me out of my account after i put my password in wrong twice and now i cannot check my schedule because im locked out. The email sent to me didnt even tell me how long i was locked out for.
Password issue
This won’t recognize my password. I’ve reset it 5 times and still can’t access my student’s account.

Stop logging me out
I am a student, and my FACTS account is set up under my moms name. The app has forced me to change the username/password every time I have logged on for the past 2 months because the current one is outdated. Because it is set up under my moms account I have to correlate with her just to log in and see if my test scores have been posted. Plus the new 2 factor authentication has me constantly bothering her at work to get the code sent to her email. Even if it was under my account it would still be annoying. Other than the log in mess, the app works as intended and no other complaints.

Login frustrations
oOce I’m into the app, I love the layout and the ease which I can access the information. However, I’m constantly logged out and have to remember all the information I would like it to work like our other apps where I can set up either a pass key or Face ID and not have to constantly login over and over again. Please change this. Very frustrating.

Scamming profit-seeking edTech company that cares little for your children
Headache after headache engaging this app, the FACTS management portal, and their payment and “financial aid” application. Put simply it’s a profiteering scam with little personalization and poor UX/UI, designed about as poorly as a platform can be. Fortunately I love everything about my childcare arrangement *except* their contract with this company.

Horrible Login Process
For a yearly paid app, one would hope you could use a Face ID to login. Instead, the app acts as though I have never used it every single time, walking me through a tutorial and then requiring me to physically enter all login fields. You can’t even use Apple Auto Fill. This is so painful. I will be deleting and no longer paying since you can’t seem to fix an ongoing issue.
