Login frustrations
oOce I’m into the app, I love the layout and the ease which I can access the information. However, I’m constantly logged out and have to remember all the information I would like it to work like our other apps where I can set up either a pass key or Face ID and not have to constantly login over and over again. Please change this. Very frustrating.

Scamming profit-seeking edTech company that cares little for your children
Headache after headache engaging this app, the FACTS management portal, and their payment and “financial aid” application. Put simply it’s a profiteering scam with little personalization and poor UX/UI, designed about as poorly as a platform can be. Fortunately I love everything about my childcare arrangement *except* their contract with this company.

Horrible Login Process
For a yearly paid app, one would hope you could use a Face ID to login. Instead, the app acts as though I have never used it every single time, walking me through a tutorial and then requiring me to physically enter all login fields. You can’t even use Apple Auto Fill. This is so painful. I will be deleting and no longer paying since you can’t seem to fix an ongoing issue.

This app is very good for tracking all of the information you need from school to home. Please continue to update and bring great, new features to this app.
Terrible experience district code never saves
Terrible experience, district code never saves, have to log in with district code always, and then my email verification code never comes right away.
Your App Sucks
Your app is terrible. It crashes every day causing you to have to re-login information. It’s never available when needed. Super inconvenience. Bottom line. It sucks. Definitely not worth five dollars and especially now that your app just relocate you to a web link. Now it’s doing something with the authenticator app which is not very clear about how that works. I cannot recommend this app to any schools or anybody that’s willingly to purchase it. Give us a five star attempt to fix the app and work out all the bugs. But until then you keep giving 1 star service your getting a 1 star review.

Constant issues. Three places to submit payments that lead you all over the place, then, when you get there continuous error messages.

The log in issues are horrible with updates that do nothing. I also just got logged out and now have to make a new account just to see my grades it is so stupid how bad the app is run.

Stopped working
For the past month, it stopped working says error. I've tried uninstall and reinstalling. It still will not let me log on very frustrating at this is how I order my students lunch, pay bills etc..
Why are is this app so hard to log into?
It’s like I’m trying to log into a bank. I’m literally just trying to check what’s for homework and my grades it’s not that serious.
Worst App Ever
This is a terrible app. Incredibly frustrated with the fact that every time I login the app is updated and you have to re-enter all your information. Now it’s trying to use authenticators not to mention they charge five dollars a year to use this app? We’re gonna try to convince our school to change service providers. Can’t pay our bills because we pay through the app and the app constantly updates and then won’t allow you to log in.

Logs out
I really dont care if ppl see my grades. Stop signing me out and fix your app. Just because I got the passcode wrong twice doesn’t mean I should have to reset my password
Continuously logged me out
Have had the app for several years now and routinely get logged out for no reason. Very frustrating. Hard to believe this is not been resolved at several other users run into the same problem.

Move us into the 21st century so we don’t have to input credentials every time we visit the app. Biometrics….something!
Annoying
I have to use this app for school. I don’t want to have to change my username/password for vague reasons every so often. However, it’s a nice way to have everything in one place.
