Good, basic invoice app.
No fluff, no constant upselling. I just open it, create an invoice, and move on with my work.
Being able to work across my phone and iPad is handy.
Had a syncing hiccup once, but it straightened out. No complaints overall.
Locked out
I purchased the lifetime version of this app years ago. Now, they want to sell me another lifetime again for $199. I no longer have access to my records for the IRS. I will not spend another dime with this company.
I’ve tried a handful of these.
This is the one I stuck with because it’s simple and the client list saves me retyping stuff.
Took a little playing around to figure out
where everything is. Once I got the hang of it, it became my go-to for sending receipts to customers.
I use it mostly for the receipt feature.
It’s streamlined that part of my day and cuts down on questions from clients.

Déception intense
J’utilisais cette application depuis 8 ans et soudainement avec une mise à jour surprise, je perdait mon achat et devait m’abonner mensuellement. C’est un robot qui répondait à mes multiples courriels envoyés au service à la clientèle, aucun moyen de parler à un humain. Je me suis abonné pour tenter de récupérer mes données sans succès. J’ai perdu toute mes données de clients, d’inventaire, de relevés de taxes etc… Quelle perte de temps!!!

Support is surprisingly human
I emailed expecting an AI runaround and instead got Kelly from the actual dev team. She stayed online until my
data was restored. The app still has quirks but knowing there's a real person on the other end makes all the

Getting better with every update
The initial update was a disaster lost access to old invoices and the app crashed on my iPad. But I have to give credit, the team has pushed like 8 updates in 6 weeks. Repair Legacy Data brought everything back. Still

Complete business toolkit now
Been using this since it was just an invoice app. The rebuild was rough at first but version is solid. Mileage

contacted support and Kelly from the dev team walked me through everything. Four updates later, it all works.

Do not update or buy
I’ve bought this and been using it for over 10 years, now after a regular update I no longer have access to my invoices without creating a account and paying them for something I already paid for. I will be raising hell with everyone involved. I will be contacted my lawyer and see what next steps to take.

This app worked for me for a decade. A little awkward, but it worked. In The recent update the app and all its users have been sold to some company that has changed everything. While it LOOKS to be more featured, it has lost much of its usability because it does not send invoices thru your existing email client. You clients will get emails from some OTHER sender that will inevitably be directed to spam. Whats worse, the app offer NO way for you to even SEE what emails have been sent. It won’t show in your sent folder and the app offers no access to whatever email client it uses. So now way you can even look up and verify that an invoice was sent on what date. I could not get the thing to display my company logo other than as an unreadable thumbnail. And when you contact them, you get a series of emails from a Bot named Jordon that just tell you everything has been fixed and to clear some cache that does not exist, while explaining that you have to upgrade to Version 4.4. Despite that 2 different places in the app it lists its version as 7.2 build 71. Poor Jordon seems incapable of coping with the fact that nowhere on the App Store nor in the app is there such a thing as version 4.4. All in all, this smacks of a short term cash grab since they make you PAY to get the app open

Don’t like it…. I’d rather prefer the old app.. much easier to use and plus’s I lost all my data.. I wish I’d bought another app.. I won’t be using this 🤬
Was great in the past-now useless
I had the old version for over 10 years and appreciated the simplicity and ease of use. It was very old fashioned but worked. Now i was forced to upgrade, purchased the Pro version and there is no longer a place to add customers, it is completely disappointing and cannot be used. Logo will not save, can’t add or edit clients, there is no life chat or support. No tutorials as to how to use or find anything! Will cancel.

Can reset the password the link it’s broken
It’s been frustrating since I can’t access my account the link when you request a reset your password it’s broken it take you nowhere you can’t reset your password if you forgot you cannot login. There’s no support for those who bought a lifetime option…
