Location Services Fail
The app tells you over and over again that you have to have location services and bluetooth enabled to work with the map, but even when they are on, the map goes blank, doesn’t show stores, or gets you lost. Worthless.
App Won’t Even Load; Mall Won’t Very WiFi SSID
I don’t quite understand the point of an app that won’t even load past initial welcome screen.
And why so shady regarding Wi-Fi network name? There are real security concerns with bad actors creating fake free business Wi-Fi networks looking to steal info and hack devices.

I do not have words to express how worst it is
Just for connection/login you hav to attempts many time. No correct map/location of any store

We apologize for your experience and have launched an updated version of the app with accurate information. We will also be launching a redesigned app shortly and hope you will give it a try.
If only I were a stepford wife...
I dl'ed the app to see the hours for today and was forced into creating an account and picking a favorite store to be able to "use" the app (map a shopping itinerary???? Really?). Hours aren't front & center, I have to click on individual stores to see their hours.

Thank you for your feedback, we have listened to users and recently released a new version of the app where you can skip registration or leverage a social account to sign in. The app design has also been updated to include search on the main screen and store names on the map.
Annoying
Can't do anything without a fair oaks mall account. Then can't do anything unless you select at least one favorite store. Ugh. Into the bin you go.
