Fair Sales is a field operations app built for FairMoney's on-the-ground sales agents, recovery officers, and field teams across Nigeria. Designed for the realities of feet-on-street work, Fair Sales helps field agents manage their daily operations — from lead capture and customer onboarding to loan applications, document collection, address verification, and collections recovery.  Key Features:  • Lead Management — Capture and track prospective customers in the field. Record contact details, vehicle interest, and follow-up status in real time.  • Loan Applications — Guide customers through the full application process: personal details, income verification, guarantor and next-of-kin information, referee capture, and document uploads — all from your  phone.  • Document & Photo Capture — Take and upload customer photos, ID documents, and vehicle images directly from the field using your device camera.  • Credit & KYC Checks — Initiate BVN verification, identity checks, and credit bureau lookups as part of the application workflow.  • Recovery & Verification — Recovery officers can view assigned cases, conduct address verification visits with GPS-tagged check-ins, and submit field reports.  • Real-Time Notifications — Stay updated on application status changes, new assignments, and team activity through in-app and push notifications.  • Biometric Security — Secure access with PIN login and optional biometric (Face ID / fingerprint) authentication.  • Offline-Ready Design — Built for Nigerian network conditions with lightweight screens and minimal data usage.  Fair Sales is available exclusively to authorized FairMoney field agents and operations staff.
